EXTREME Chines Food In Manchester England

In this building it's a full of kitchen and we can go inside and then we will see how many kitchens inside there and then you can have a takeaway or you can come and sit in here eat some delicious food. This is the place we come in here it's a strange place to come here and try some delicious food you can see in here this way all and then this way all all of them is kitchen and the map is over here and whatever food you like you can find in here it's not just the Chinese food it's a Middle Eastern food it's the Indian food and all food you can have in here. A lot of people coming in here and behind me you can see all of them they are a kitchen and this is the again is I think Halal food I think this is a Japanese food and then you can see in here again food I think this is the again Chinese food and all over there they are kitchen it's my first time to come in here and try some food seriously amazing look at this all in here full of kitchen full of nice food look at this all restaurants and in here as well what food we have in here again is a Halal food and some African food as well look at this we have an African food as well in here and where say it's not like the spaghettis you've had before spaghettis use uh they tend to be thick right that's true the thinner than spaghetti yeah and it absorbs the soup very much that should be nice it is ingredients are all of them is fresh all of them nice and they cook straight away you see it inside the kitchen and you order and they cook straight away for you here the smell is amazing the smell is so yummy there is a lot of sauce there is a lot of meat in here all of them so good I'm so excited for first time trying authentic chinese food in manchester so we have a few sauces in here smell aroma wow it's so good so nice oh authentic chinese chili sauce so good and then again we have that one right is uh our homemade okay that's a homemade chili sauce look at this one extreme spicy sauce and then what is that one that's a that's a chinese vegetable and you you have you you I don't think you've ever had it we pickle it oh okay okay this is of fresh ones it's like that's a chinese vegetable and they cook it in here I haven't tried yet and as he said seriously it's my first time to come here and try some nice and delicious and authentic chinese food this is my dish wow chef you call that one the last dish the last dish is a sticky sesame sauce outside of the soup and for the sticky sesame sauce soup we use we still use our bone soup oh okay okay instead of that spicy soup we use our original one that's correct yeah and kitchen has a two section in their live kitchen and they cook over there and another part in here oh deep fried yaki and the fufu we have yeah now it's almost cooked and now he's going to put some sauce on it looks amazing and this is a barbecue sprinkles I just came out of this kitchen they have a small kitchen but seriously there is a lot of nice things in the kitchen they cook it I watched it how they cook it let's go sit and wait for our food to come and try it chef you cooked this one and I was there I watched seriously everything was fresh everything is so yummy the smell aroma was incredible and what type of the bro we have in here we have a pork bone in it's a spine his pork spine bone that's amazing we have a beef rib beef rib in the pot and yeah that's it that's everything we need for the bone right and we have a sausage as well you can see it's a fermented sausage and then we have another sausage over here and some what type of the mushroom you use this one it's black fungus that's a black fungus I love it amazing and I watched again this they cook this one so fresh so yummy and what do you call this one chef this is a Chinese specific specific sausage and you don't usually see this in any other countries okay this sausage is meant to be deep fried because only by that way can you taste the true goodness in there it's look like is the street food yeah this is the Chinese street food you can have in here as he said you can't find anywhere just in here and we have some more dishes and just we talk one more dish is this one yeah we will talk about this one and what dish is this one chef this is uh one of our signatures and it's called a spicy mix yeah oh this is the this is the signature dish yeah nice first we cook it with our signature bone broth we don't cook it with water and then we filter the broth back to the big pot and then we mix it with our secret sauce before we start eating our food I want to black mushroom and sausage everything in it that's why this broth is so delicious so yummy look at this one top is a little bit chili oil but full of flavor um spicy sour delicious and now it's time to try a fermented sausage is my first time to have a fermented sausage in my soup you can see in this one we have another type of the sausage you can eat in here I think the middle there is a cheese as well you can see it's like german sausage meaty and juicy this is the black fungus it's my first time to try again this one and it grows on the tree which they call a spicy meal and again there is a lot of things inside this top we have a fried egg and some fresh vegetable and spam look at this one ball we have in here and then we have a beef in here and this vegetable they brought it from China in here seriously he said you cannot find in here this one called galangal so crunchy sweet crunchy a little bit spicy I think because of the spicy chili they added top of this and we go with the spam and bottom side we have some noodles as well look at this one I love always noodle noodle is one of my favorite I eat always and looks nice looks delicious so yummy so spicy noodles so fresh because they cook straight away and bottom side again we have some more vegetable it's so spicy dish we have just two Chinese street food it's my first time again to try Chinese street food this is the Chinese street sausage and we go with a sesame sauce sesame sauce is so strong but sausage you can see outside there is a layer of the spice and deep fried very well let's just take it off try it this one I go with this homemade sauce look at this one they can put oil and some herb and chilies as well amazing I like the texture it's crunchy and you can see spongy so juicy look at this one seriously I like it very much yeah there is cheese as well yeah that's it that's why it's so juicy
