Utah Hidden Gardens Tour - Anderson Home
Hi, my name is Lynn Anderson. I am the owner of this
giant landscape project that we have undergone
for the last 24 years. We've wrapped all of these beautiful trees and bushes and
ponds and boat docks around our home. Just no straight lines. There's no
straight lines. Everything is curvy. That's kind of how
nature is. It's just really curvy. And you know some of the trees we just
let them fall because that's what they do in nature.
And the nature trail around the back. We just kind of let everything kind of
move and crawl. And it's so beautiful to see how everything just takes its own
shape. Nature just takes its own shape. We have beautiful little ducks. Sometimes
eight and nine to a mother. And I say to myself this is like a
haven. A heavenly haven for them to breed. Right now I have
squirrels that run up the pine tree and run
across my roof in the morning. Pitter patter of little feet.
It's a long game. Do it in 24 years and change it up as you go and really enjoy
it. And then enjoy all the shade. Because that's what you get after the
story's over. Has lots of shade.
