We are going to start warming up.
Let's take one hand gracefully out to the side,
up and side bend over, beautiful.
Coming back, switching to the other side,
reaching up and over, beautiful.
Let's go back to the other side again.
Reach out, up and over, coming back.
One more time on this side, gracefully out, up and over.
Beautiful, ballerinas.
Now let's take our arms out to second position.
We have a nice slope there.
If Elsa was gonna ski, she could ski nicely down here
so our elbows aren't poking up.
We're gonna bend all the way forward.
We can give a little breath with our hands
and then hinge at our hips, fold all the way forward,
reach towards the ground and then coming all the way up,
keeping your hands up to fifth position, beautiful.
Hands out to second position,
folding forward again all the way down
and then all the way up to fifth position, beautiful.
One last time, arms in second, folding forward,
coming all the way up, beautiful.
Let's bring our hands down to bra ba,
second position, flip them over, back to bra ba.
From here, let's take our hands and place them on our hips,
making a nice triangle with our arms.
We'll move in to our demi plies, bending your knees,
knees pointing out towards the side,
making a nice diamond shape with our legs,
squeezing our legs together as we straighten them.
Bend, straighten, beautiful plies.
Bend, straighten, bend as if a snowflake
could fly through our legs,
lots of space between our knees, straighten.
Bend, straighten, tummies pulled in,
bend, straighten, shoulders are relaxed down our back,
bend, straighten, you're doing beautiful.
Bend, straighten, one last one, bend, straighten.
We're gonna move into our releves now.
So we're going to press into the balls of our feet
and lift our heels off and then place them down again,
gently squeezing our legs together as we place them down.
Releve, come down, releve, come down, beautiful.
Releve, come down, releve, come down.
Again, down, down, two more, up, down,
last one, up, down, beautiful.
Let's shake it out.
Then we're going to take one leg behind us,
tuck it down under and then come onto our knees.
We're gonna come into a seated position
with our feet facing forward.
Let's bring our fingertips out gently to the side,
sit up nice and tall
as if someone is trying to poke you in the back there
so you're not rounding out through your back.
Pointing your feet, we're going to flex and point,
warming up our feet, flex, point, flex, point, flex, point,
beautiful, flex, point, now let's switch.
Let's flex one, point the other, switch, switch, switch,
switch, sitting up nice and tall still,
switch, switch, switch, switch, beautiful.
Let's flex both our toes
and then now we're gonna work on our turnout.
So turn it out to first position, back in, turn out, in,
out, in, beautiful, out, in, out, in, out, in, out,
we're gonna stay out.
Let's point our toes, still turned out,
sit up nice and tall
and we're gonna try to lift one leg straight off,
lift, lift, lift, good job, release it down.
That's hard work, isn't it?
Lift, lift, lift and down.
If you wanna check and make sure your back is straight,
you could always sit up against a wall
or against your couch to make sure
that you're not rounding out and then try to lift.
Are you ready?
Sitting straight, shoulders relaxed down,
fingertips lightly out to the side,
lift, lift, lift, lift, lift, release down,
lift, lift, lift, lift, lift, release down.
One more time, lift, lift, lift, down,
lift, lift, lift, down.
Let's bring it into butterfly position here
and we can lean over, stretching to one side,
beautiful, stretching to the other side.
One more time on this side,
back on this side, graceful hands
and we can bring our nose towards our toes,
stretching forward, come on up.
We can straighten out our legs again.
Let's come up to a standing position,
let's tuck our feet underneath us,
come up on our knees, beautiful.
Step forward with your knee turned out
and then come up to first position, beautiful.
You can place your hands on your hips,
let's plie and then we're gonna jump to second position.
Your feet jump out to second position, beautiful.
Let's jump, point our toes back to first,
first, beautiful, out to second, back to first,
again, second, first, second, first,
pointing your toes, second, first, second, first, beautiful.
Let's cross one foot over for third position,
we're gonna work on our changement,
so we're gonna jump and change our feet.
Let's start with a nice plie, jump point,
change your feet, beautiful.
Again, change, change, changement, changement, changement,
last one, beautiful.
Let's do our beautiful port de bras,
we're gonna spread some snowflakes as we go,
we can bring our hands down to bras bas,
let's give a little breath,
bring them up to first position,
fingertips are in front of our belly button,
open up to second and then all the way up to fifth position,
you can peek through your arms,
let's pop the bubbles, spread some snowflakes,
coming down to second, flipping your palms halfway,
all the way down to bras bas, beautiful.
Let's do that again, up to first position,
opening to second, all the way up to fifth,
back to bras bas, beautiful.
Let's bring our hands on our hips,
we're gonna practice our coupe now,
we're gonna bring our toe and point it at our ankle,
so you can shift your weight into one foot,
point your toe and bring it to your ankle, balancing,
beautiful, this is called coupe.
Now we can point it in front of us
and then bring it back to coupe,
try not to fall over, point in front, coupe,
point in front, coupe, point in front,
coupe one last time, point, coupe, beautiful.
Let's place that foot in the back now
and we'll practice on the other side,
coupe, point in front, coupe, point in front, coupe,
making a nice triangle, knee pointed out to the side,
point, coupe, point, coupe, last time,
point, coupe, beautiful.
Let's place that foot behind now.
Let's come up, releve on our toes,
sweep our hands up to fifth position
and we can turn, spreading snowflakes everywhere,
turn, coming down, let's switch our feet,
come up, releve and let's turn the other way,
beautiful turns, coming back down.
You have done a beautiful job today,
let's take a curtsy, step to the side,
curtsy, step to the other side, curtsy.
Thank you so much for joining me today,
you are a beautiful ballet dancer.
We will keep making ballet classes
and kids workout every week.

Today we are doing a frozen
and 101 Dalmatian ballet class.
So I have a surprise, my friend John Deere
and Anita Darling ended up with 101 Dalmatians
and they gave me one of the puppies to adopt.
Do you wanna meet my new puppy?
Come here puppy, puppy, hello, say hi to your friends.
This is Lucky and she is a magic ballet dancing puppy.
I'm gonna make a spell on her right now
and so we can all do ballet together.
Let's bring our feet out, do you wanna do ballet with me?
Let's start warming up our feet.
Let's start pointing and flexing our feet,
we'll sit up nice and tall, fingertips are nice and light
and then let's flex, point, flex, point,
point as hard as you can, point, point, point, point, point.
Beautiful, flex, peel those toes back.
Point, flex, point, flex, good, let's shake it out.
Let's draw one leg up, then straighten it out, beautiful.
Keep sitting tall, draw one knee up, straighten it out.
Knee comes up, straighten it out, we'll do one more time.
Knee comes up, straighten it out,
let's do the other side now.
Knee comes up, straighten it out, good job.
Beautiful ballet dancing.
Let's do one more time, beautiful.
Now let's come into butterfly pose.
Beautiful job, we can sit up nice and tall
and now let's put our nose down towards our toes.
Bringing it down and coming back up again, good job.
Let's do it again, we'll go down
and then sit up nice and tall, good.
And then let's go down again
and then we'll sit up nice and tall, good job.
Now let's flap our knees as if we were a butterfly.
Beautiful job.
All right, let's stretch over to one side
with a graceful arm so we can place
one fingertip on the ground
and then let's reach up and over and side stretch,
beautiful, and we can stretch to the other side,
up and over, beautiful job.
Now we can make a V shape with our arms.
Let's float one arm up, making the shape of a V
and then watch our other hand float up,
making a nice V shape, beautiful job.
And then soft, let our fingers float down to the ground.
Beautiful.
Let's stand up now for plies.
We can bring our knees together, come onto our knees
and then let's step one foot forward,
come all the way up to first position, beautiful job.
So let's look down and make sure
that our feet are in first position.
We're turned out from the tops of our hips
and let's do a plie making the shape of a diamond, good.
Straighten, plie, straighten, plie, straighten.
Let's do one more and imagine that a puppy dog
is jumping through your legs.
Excellent job.
Now let's tendu out to second position.
So we'll tendu, second position.
Now we can do a demi plie here.
Demi plie here, plie, straighten, plie, straighten,
plie, straighten, let's do one more beautiful job.
Good, now we're gonna come to third position.
So let's point our foot, we'll tendu back to third
so that it crosses over half of our back foot.
Beautiful third position.
Demi plie, straighten, plie, straighten, plie, straighten.
One more, plie, straighten, beautiful plies.
Let's tendu back to second position of our feet.
Plie, straighten, plie, straighten, plie, straighten.
Make sure not to stick your bum out, plie, straighten.
Now we're gonna tendu the other foot to third position,
crossing halfway over on the other side.
Beautiful, plie, standing tall, bend your knees,
standing tall, tummy is nice and tight, plie, straighten.
One more, plie, straighten,
let's tendu back to first position.
Beautiful plies.
Now we're gonna practice our tendus.
So we're going to take our foot
and we're gonna glide it on the ground with our heel.
Feel like your heel is leading the way.
Go through demi point and then point,
and there's no weight on this foot.
You can lift it off if you wanted to, good.
And then come back to first position.
Now tendu out to the side, beautiful, bringing it back in.
And then we're gonna make a straight line out behind us,
tendu to the back, in, and then tendu to the side,
coming in, beautiful job.
Let's do that on the other foot.
We're gonna tendu front, pointing your toe in front,
leg is turned out, bringing your foot back
to first position, tendu to the side, first position,
tendu back behind you, first position,
and then tendu to the side, toe is nice and light.
You can lift it off, good job, back to first position.
Beautiful tendus.
Now let's practice our releves.
We're going to go up onto demi point
by lifting our heels off,
and then we'll come back down again, good.
Feel like your legs keep squeezing together as you lift up
and then come back down again.
If you fall over, it's okay.
Releve up and down, releve up and down.
Keep your tummy strong so you can hold your balance.
Releve up and down, good, let's add a plie now.
So we'll do demi plie, releve, good, let's try that again.
Demi plie, releve, beautiful job.
One more time, plie, releve, good, let's shake it out.
And we can come back to our first position.
Let's take a port de bras.
So we can start in bras bas,
and then we're gonna breathe our arms
a little bit before we start.
Breathe, and then let's bring our arms up
to first position, beautiful.
And then we're gonna open to second position, beautiful.
Now let's bring one arm in for third position,
and I want you to tilt your head slightly
as if you have a heavy earring
and you're peeking past your elbow, beautiful job.
Let's come back to second position
and third position on the other side.
Again, heavy earring and peeking over past your elbow.
Beautiful, let's come back to first, open to second,
and then back to bras bas.
Little breath, graceful fingers, back to bras bas.
What a beautiful port de bras you did.
I am feeling very thirsty.
Are you feeling thirsty?
Why don't I go get us a drink of water
and I will be right back.
You wait here, okay?
Hello Lucky, my name is Cruella
and I'm a friend of your mommy's.
Would you like this treat?
Let's go.
Lucky, I have your water.
Lucky, where are you?
Did you see where Lucky went?
Oh no, she's not here.
What can I do?
I'm gonna call the wizard.
She loves me, she loves me.
No, I don't, oh, phone.
Hello, wizard?
Oh, hello, Elsa.
Oh yes, I was just thinking of you.
I mean, what is it?
Well, how can I help you?
Oh yes.
My new puppy, Lucky, is missing.
Do you know where she is?
Oh, that does sound bad.
Of course I can.
Let me just, let me go over here to my crystal ball
and take a look at what's happening.
Yes, oh there, oh, it's not good.
You're not gonna like it.
Oh yeah, oh.
I think Cruella has her and it looks scary.
But I'll do my best to help you.
I love you, Elsa.
I mean, Elsa, you're my favorite.
Oh, Elsa, one more thing I almost forgot.
To make this potion work,
I'm gonna need you to do some pointy things
and some sautés.
Dancing, yeah, okay, yeah.
Oh, have a nice day, bye.
Oh, thank you, wizard.
Yes, I can do that.
Thank you, talk to you soon.
Okay, so he says we have to do pointy things.
I think that must mean spring points.
We can do that and then we'll do our sautés.
So for spring points,
we're gonna point one toe in front
while we bend the other leg
and then we're gonna switch.
Point, point, beautiful.
Keeping that toe nice and light, not putting any weight.
Beautiful spring points.
Point, point, point.
Keeping your legs turned out.
Beautiful job.
Let's do a few more.
Good and back to first position.
Oh, I hope it's working.
Okay, now we'll do our sautés.
For a sauté, we're gonna start from a demi-plié
so that we can push off into our jump.
And we're gonna jump and point our toes as hard as we can.
Jump, point, point, point.
Land in a plié again.
Beautiful, let's do that again.
Plié, sauté, point and then straighten.
Let's do it again.
Starting from a plié, point, straighten.
One last time like this.
Plié, point, straighten.
Now I have a challenge for you.
Do you think you can do it four times in a row fast
without straightening your legs between?
So we're gonna bend and then we're gonna jump.
One, two, three, four.
Are you ready?
And one, two, three, four.
Beautiful sautés.
That's my phone.
I wonder if it's Wizard.
Hello, Wizard?
Oh, hi, Elsa.
Yes, it's Wizard.
Yeah, it's Wizard.
Oh, I wanted to tell you something.
The potion's done.
I'll email it to you.
Yeah, that's what I'll do.
I'll email it to you.
I think that's how it works.
Okay, bye.
I better check my email right away.
You're back, Lucky.
I missed you.
Do you wanna do some special ballet turns with me?
Okay, let's come to first position.
We can plié and sweep our arms up to first.
Let's come up on our toes and turn in a circle.
Beautiful.
Coming down.
Let's go the other way.
Plié, up.
Turn the other way.
Beautiful ballet turns.
Plié.
Hello, ballet dancers.
Today, we are doing a Frozen princess ballet class
and I've got Belle here helping me.
I have to talk to you about something very serious.
There has been a curse that has been put on Arendelle
and I need your help to release this curse.
So Belle is gonna help me here
and also I'm gonna call my friend, the Wizard.
Hello?
Hi.
Oh yes, this is Wiz, the Wizard.
Oh Elsa.
Oh, nice to hear from you.
Yes, I, oh, there's a problem with your town
and you need a wizard?
And I can, oh yes, I can definitely help you.
Yes, yes.
What I need you to do is some very serious ballet,
very serious moves and then I will create the potion
for you and I will bring it to you.
Yes, oh yes.
Bye.
Okay, that's such good news.
We just have to do some very serious ballet.
We can do it.
Let's bring our hands to our hips.
We're gonna start with our plies.
So let's look down, make sure that our feet
are in the shape of a pizza slice
and we'll plie, making the shape of a diamond.
Beautiful, plie, squeeze up.
Plie, straighten.
Keeping your tummy nice and tight.
Plie, straighten.
Let's do one more.
Plie and straighten.
Beautiful plies.
Now we're gonna practice our tendus.
So you can take your right foot
and we're going to tendu out to the side
and then we'll go onto a demi point
and drag our foot back in.
Really articulating through your foot.
Pushing through the floor and point, tendu.
Bringing it back in.
Beautiful tendu.
Tendu out and in.
Out and in.
Tendu and in.
One more and in.
Beautiful job.
Let's do our other leg.
We're gonna tendu, second position.
Bring it back in first position.
Leg stays straight, nice point.
Bring it back in, beautiful.
Tendu and in.
Open, first position.
Tendu, that should be nice and light on the ground
so that you could take it off if you needed to.
And first position, last one, tendu and in.
Beautiful job.
Now we're going to practice our releve.
So we're going to come up on our toes,
lifting our heels off,
coming back down to first position.
Let's bring our hands down to bra ba for this one.
Releve up, lowering down.
Beautiful job.
If you lose your balance, it's okay.
Releve up, lower down.
Again, down, down.
Let's do one more.
Up and down.
Beautiful job.
Now we're going to practice our spring point.
I'm going to start from a little bit farther back here
and let's point one foot forward.
And then we're going to switch.
Point, point, point, point.
Beautiful spring points.
Try and turn your leg out
so that you can see your heel pointing up
and back to first position.
Beautiful job.
You are doing such an amazing job.
I know the wizard is going to be able to save Arendelle.
Let's work on our port de bras.
We can start bringing our hands through bra ba
and then let's bring our arms to first,
opening to second position,
back to first,
open to second.
Let's bring our arm in for third.
Opening up and other arm for third on the other side.
Beautiful job.
Opening up, first position
and then all the way up for fifth position.
Peek under your arm.
Coming back through first,
opening to second, third position,
second, third position.
Beautiful job.
Second, let's bring it up to a V shape.
Glancing up, back through first
and back to bra ba.
What a beautiful port de bras you did.
I'm so happy that Arendelle is going to be fixed.
Let's do our ballet skips.
So we can take our feet and turn them parallel.
Let's take our hands on our hips.
We're going to bring one toe up to our knee
and then bring that toe down.
Now we're gonna bring the other toe up,
bringing it back down.
Now let's bend both knees and we'll add a hop between.
So we're gonna bring that toe up and hop, bring it down
and hop, bring it down.
Good, now you're skipping.
Skip, skip, skip, point those toes.
Wonderful skipping.
Perfect, let's come back to our first position.
We did our plies in first position
but I have a special challenge for you.
We're gonna do our plies in second position
and third position.
We can take our hands to our hips again.
Let's tendu out to second position
and then we're gonna keep our knees turned out,
moving towards the side of the room
and we're gonna plie down,
making the shape of Elsa's castle, beautiful job
and come up, squeezing your legs at the top.
Plie, squeeze, plie, squeeze, beautiful job.
Relax your shoulders down your back.
Plie, squeeze, plie, squeeze, plie, squeeze.
Let's do one more, plie and coming up.
Now we're gonna tendu our foot to third position, point
and it's gonna cross over just halfway
in front of our back foot
and now we can demi plie, knees go out to the side,
creating that nice diamond shape and coming up,
creating a nice diamond shape.
You can imagine Olaf is jumping through your legs.
Squeeze, plie, straighten, plie, straighten,
beautiful job, plie, straighten.
Let's do one more, plie and straighten.
Now we're gonna tendu our left foot out to the side
and then it comes back in halfway in front of our right foot
plie, straighten, beautiful job, plie, straighten,
plie, straighten, plie, straighten.
Let's do four more, plie, straighten, plie, straighten.
Two more, plie, last one, plie, beautiful job.
We can tendu back to first position.
Now I have a special challenge for you,
something we haven't done before.
It's called a rond de jambe.
So we are going to take our right foot
and we're going to tendu to the front
and then our toe is gonna stay on the ground.
It's gonna come all the way around to the side,
all the way around to the back
and come back through to first position.
Beautiful rond de jambe, let's do that again.
Point, open to the side, keep your leg turned out,
open to the back, close in first position.
Let's do one last one of those on our right foot.
Point front, open to the back and close, beautiful job.
Let's do that on the left side now.
Left foot points forward, opening to second position,
toe comes to the back, closing in first position.
Again, point, drawing your half circle, first position,
one last time, really pressing through your demi point
to come to your front, side, back, close, first position.
You did an amazing job.
I think we are so close to saving Arendelle.
Let's practice our turns on our tippy toes
and then let's check in with the wizard.
So let's come up onto our tippy toes,
hands to fifth position and we can do our turns.
Coming back down, beautiful job.
Let's do the other side, coming up, hands to fifth
and turning to your left, beautiful ballet turns.
All right, let's call the wizard and see how it's going.
Oh, hi Elsa, yes, oh, things are going very good.
Let me put you on speaker for a second.
There, can you hear me?
Oh good, yes, I've just been adding some of your hard work
into my secret potion here
and it looks really good actually.
You're gonna be very surprised when you see the outcome.
I think you might be very surprised
at what I've created and so I'm looking forward
to seeing you though and it's very serious.
It's a very serious potion and I can't wait to show you.
Bye, I love you, I mean, see you soon.
Elsa, good news and a little bit of bad news.
The potion worked out great
but it didn't turn out exactly as I planned
but it's still gonna work so that's the good news
and yeah, we're gonna go ahead right over to Arendelle
and save that town for you.
Oh, Avondale, Arendelle?
We'll save it, don't worry Elsa, we got it 100%.
Thanks for calling us, okay, can't wait to see you, bye.
That's amazing news wizard, thank you so much.
I can't wait to see you here in Arendelle
where we can save the town.
Thank you so much for joining us today.
You are a beautiful ballet dancer.
If you wanna grab your Frozen worksheet,
you can go down to the description box
and we'll see you in the next ballet class, bye.
