And this villa is 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 3.6 thousand square meter plot, 950 square meters built. In my opinion, it's a very good value for money. You're gonna check that now. Actually, they reformed the house. It's not a new build construction. But as you see at the video, they created this reform with a lot of sliding glass doors, bringing plenty of natural light, exploring even more the sea views you have from inside of the house. We have another amazing day here in Marbella. This place is fabulous. There's not many properties like this at the market. We have amazing, also, wellness area. We're gonna check at the basement.
