[Music] as you can see right behind me is the new and the first of its kind first 5 Series BMW long debased variant and this one has been launched at an ex showroom price of 72.9 lakh rupees now let's see what the car has in so for come on let's start with the exerior first so start with the imposing kidney Grill now this is illuminated as well so as you can see apart from the golden accents and treatment that is done over here it is there's a there's a small strip of light that runs across its width so that it's illuminated the in the dock and here we have the signature BMW uh head lamps and with the BMW LED badging right over here and uh obviously it looks quite imposing uh you let me know in the comments below how do you like the new long wheel base variant the face of it the facia and here you have come close up here you have the the the a the the treatment that has been done which gives the car a sporty look look at those creases the Su and as it goes uh towards the dashboard it it Blends into the Bonnet which is actually quite cool come on and I'm so sorry so here again we have the side skirts over here it's for air intake and here the grill again it is for um for the air intake as well and you have sensors over here and uh now we come to the profile of the car and I'm sorry because there are a lot of people over here you have the M badging right here as you can see and you have a very strong shoulder line as you can see over here the orms also again they get the golden uh finish that you can see over here and it was same on the Bonnet as well here you have the camera for the Adas functionalities and everything I'm so sorry and again the pull out doors beautifully uh you know designed in a very flush manner looks very nice this is how it looks and as you as you come here the the B pillar is quite chunky and again the the the golden accent it has been done in a very beautiful manner here is the new Hofmeister Kink come closer here is the new Hofmeister Kink look at that the five it has been you know done in a very different way and uh it looks very beautiful downstairs we have all disc brakes and look at this beautiful P tires and uh they are 18 in on all the four wheels okay now we come back uh there's a lot of crowd over here because everyone is very excited about the long wheel variant now this is the rear end of the car you can see the SL sloping treatment that has done the fog lines the fog lines and that's the shock fin antenna it's not Shock fin but you know it looks very sharp like that and again the slopey treatment that has been done for the car and here the look at the LED light the treatment that has been given it's quite huge it starts from here to over here quite big actually and then there's sensors over here and here's here's the treatment of the rear end uh it has been done in a very sporty way I think it looks beautiful let's see if we can if I can just oh okay the boot this is the boot of the car 500 L of boot space look at that and all of it is available to you nothing protes or you know uh interferes with your space that's your space sa Tire take a look at that and uh of course that's the boot space again I think it's lit as well or you can loog the car as well come [Music] here okay maybe and then let's let's come to the side as you can see the profile from the same but that is the exterior of the car I'm going to go inside and show you what all the car is offering in terms of the Interior Tech and all of that stay tuned let's go let's talk about the Interiors of the new BMW 5 series long wheelbase version now as you can see already the amount of n room look at this look at this this is this is this is too much and the and the leg room also the thigh support is more than adequate it's ample and uh look at the Headroom Headroom is okay all right I'm what I'm 5 5' 9 in and this is Advocate okay but then if you look at this oh my God this is a proper sunroof right there and it is huge it is big and at the same time here you do not have any uh space to keep your magazines or newspaper that you would be reading uh instead you have this small um console that has been given you have a type-c port right here but I think this is for hooks or something like that hangers that you can hang uh comes to the rear we have two AC vents over here AC controls over here and we have BOS and wilon uh audio system the pull out uh handle is also done in again uh a little bit of that gold finish that we have seen outside as well we have double stitching here and the the the cushioning is also very good uh the side Bol string is very nice you have neck pillows over here and a headress over here and of course this is something that is very cool at the rear end you have this is a wireless charger and if you press it up then there is two cup holders you can't you know like close it up just like this you might you know this might this might get jammed so what you do you close it up again and uh then you can push it up and over here you have seat belts for all the three passengers and uh there's there's a grab handle right here uh I think I think there should have been something to keep your magazines or something but apart from that I think this is a beautiful car to sit in and the long wheel B version is for the rear experience and look at the amount of comfort I'm sitting in you let me know in the comments below what else you think about the long wheel version now it's time to head to the front row and to see what the 5 series holds for us sorry the long WHEB version as I said holds for us the amount of tech there is the engine whatever it is let's head ahead now as you can see I am sitting on the front row of the BMW long wheel B 5 series now what we can see here is first of all the multi functional steering wheel it's a flat bottom steering wheel and you can see the M badging right over here here you can see the modes that can be set and here you have the call controls and the music controls and as you can see there is no you know um battery or because it's a standing vehicle I'm not able to show you the proper functionality of the screen but as you can see it's a massive screen it's the infotainment and instrument cluster combined together in a curved display because this a driver oriented car of course and to start with what a massive display can you show it to them just just take a look at this this is huge this is huge and uh you have functionality over here you can go to the home there's AC controls over here and look at look at how how how smooth it is the the calibration of the screen and uh as you can see it's uh it's very easy to navigate through it and there there are a lot of functions over here and as you can if you if you if you look at down here then you have charging port uh wireless charging Bay over here it's for two phones and uh right next to it we have a uh cup holders for here with uh type-c two type-c Chargers as you can see and then here this again is the jewelry knob this is something of a luxury element over the at the center console and you can adjust the volume over here apart from the uh setting over on the steering wheel and you have my modes over here and then there's Auto hold and this is again the gear shifter this is very small it's very tiny and again the start soft syst button over here and as you can see again this is the butterfly opening and you have a small cubby hole over here and it is lit as well and uh if you if I can talk about the the seating arrangement over here then the seats are quite cushiony there's a lot of soft touch surfaces over here the Dash feels premium the entire thing feel the steering feels premium and you can see the padle shifters over here now when I press the accelerator of this car under the hood is a 2 L 4 cylinder turbo petrol engine M it to a 8-speed steptronic transmission with parle shifters that makes 254 BHP of power and 400 Newt M of peak torque and this does 0 to 100 km/ hour in just about 6.5 seconds and it has a top speed of 250 km per hour now how the car performs how it rides on roads on twisties that has to wait but for all the updates
