hello everyone welcome to busy bee lady channel today we are going to do a very healthy recipe it's a natural homemade and a herbal drink which has many healthy and medicinal values please do subscribe share like and support for more such videos these are the major health benefits it cures from cold cough sore throats and it also reduce nasal conjection helps in digestion and more these are the ingredients we have used to prepare the drink this is mexican mint leaves also called as indian borage or karpooravalli or panikurka the name varies from place to place this can be easily found everywhere and it can also be easily grown in a house itself the next ingredient is the palm jaggery it's an optional one i'm adding this for the sweetness we can also replace it with the honey and we can also add lemon which gives an another flavor for the drink to prepare the drink i'm taking a tea pan and i'm adding one glass of water to it and i'm letting it to boil for a few minutes once it is boiled well i'm adding the leaves into the pan slowly i'm crushing the leaves with a spoon so that the juice of the leaves gets into the water and we can let it boil for few more minutes until it turns into a yellow color or the color changes now i'm taking the palm jaggery based on how much sweetness you require you can take the jaggery we can also replace it with the honey i'm crushing the jaggery to get it mixed well into it the sweetness is completely optional one you can also skip this one i'm crushing it well we can see the color is changing lightly and we can we can also allow it to boil for few more minutes so that the flavor gets into it very well i'm closing it with a lid now we can open and check it the flavor has come out very well and the drink is now ready to serve now now we can filter the drink using a filter into a glass while filtering we can also crush the leaves using the spoon so that the left out water in the leaves also gets drained out now the healthy herbal drink is ready to drink please do subscribe share like and support for more such videos
