Introducing The All New 28' Model Tiny

[Music] what's up everyone I'm Stephen here with tiny house listings and behind me is the all new model tiny last month we released a 24t version as a blue one and um we had a lot of good feedback about that one so now we just want to give you a quick tour about the exact same model but this one's 4 ft longer so in this video we're just going to walk you around give you some ideas of what it looks like and give you some detail so one of the first things you notice about this home is this beautifully locally Mill cypers 7 we from local supplier here in Carina so that's the accent wall we Fred out this entire huge picture window 4 ft by 5 ft and on the opposite side is 4 ft x 5 ft as well so when you're laying in bed you basically have 180° view so we think that's a really cool feature and it also is uh sealed with uh UV resistant poly so moving around the rest of the house this is the first home we've ever built that actually has hard e siding we like this St really strong it's kind of heavy but um it's worth it and this house actually has way more weight capacity than you need um so this is more of like a board style and um so we kind of think that lot that look looks nice it's a smooth look um all of the windows in this home have black vinyl windows we've kind of upgraded to that we think it looks really nice and we also have upgraded to a black uh roof which we think that looks really nice it's kind of a modern look um I'll just kind of take you really quickly on the back side here sorry for the Sun but um all the way down the whole back side is a board and bat as well um so we really like that look [Music] all right so going on the back side we have a mini split that Heats and cools uh the tiny home with no problem you can basically live this home in any climate in the United States and again you can see that huge picture window which we really think is a nice so another feature that we really like is this 5 foot double door I think that looks really nice and we also did a dual pitch a roof uh so in different areas of the home you have different pitches and we think that's a really really nice feature looks good on the inside looks good on the outside so now that's the outside of the house so now we're going to go inside so now obviously we're on the inside of the tiny house again this is 8 ft wide 28 ft long and um right off the bat you'll notice we put quartz countertops on this one and we think that's a really nice feature you can do Butcher Block if you want but this is a quartz upgrade um we think that looks really nice much wider sink than we're putting on this and there's also a three burer cook top the biggest difference between this and the 24 footer that we showed you last month is that it's this one's 8 ft long uh so you go from 6t to 8 ft so you have much more counter space uh some really nice soft closed cabinets all right so now you can see there's a huge Pantry here big enough for your all your kitchen stuff clothes if you want to put them in here more storage on the back we don't have a fridge in here but that the tiny house will obviously come with one apartment style fridge will go here plenty of space lots of counters above you got plenty of um shelving above there's also a lot soft above the bathroom really large you can actually sleep up there if you want but that's kind of up to you cuz there's no egress window so legally you're not supposed to sleep up there but that's obviously your call um so we really really like this style we also started putting pocket doors in our bathroom area we were doing at some point we were doing regular uh hinge doors we were doing barn style doors but in this one we're doing a pocket door which is really nice feature uh so if you come on into the bathroom quick I'll give you a quick look around um we have a wallmounted uh vage here really nice we can put a mirror here if where you want we can put a um you know medicine cabinet if you want while we're over here we'll show you that we got multiple lights in here we're not hooked up to electricity but you got a humidistat that helps control the humidity in here another thing we have is a flush toilet and we also wire up every one of our toilets on the back it's okay it's back there there's a plug and that's if you decide to go with the compost toilet it takes electricity to spark that um moving over here if you don't mind taking a look we got these PVC tile shower really nice feature full standup size then I'll get out of your way you can see over here there is a hookup for a washer and dryer we can put shelves above that if you want so now I'll take you over to the living SL sleeping area um the great thing about these 28t tiny HS they're large enough to put a privacy wall here we haven't built one yet but we're going to start doing a privacy um storage wall we're call them a storage wall so basically the wall will be thick enough to actually have storage in so if that's an upgrade you want we can definitely do that for you we got a queen tze bed here as you can see huge amounts of light we're actually in a parking lot right now but um imagine if you have trees out there uh if you wanted to come to our Mountain Haven tiny house community in the mountains of Virginia you wake up to the birds singing the trees um but anyways yeah you can see there's plenty of room for all kinds of stuff you can do side tables you can do t uh you can do couches we got a seating area here all kinds of options we got sconces up there for you so you can when you go to bed at night if you want to read can put that on um plenty of room for a sitting area here for a couch you can do a pull out couch if you want over here if you take a quick look we've got it stage just for a very simple sitting area you could put a computer desk here you could put a fulls siiz table so again like if you're sitting in the bedroom area huge Windows all the way around you basically have 180° View and when you include the fact that there's a double door on the side and another uh picture went on the side you basically can see this side and all the way down that side so you just have glass everywhere so there's lots of light um but this tiny house is actually available we just built this to sale so if you click in the link in the description below that'll take you to the listings and
