Aryna Sabalenka vs. Marie Bouzkova | 2024 Washington DC Semifinal | WTA Match Highlights

Diana Schneider last year, Nan Chang and Bogota, Rakimova, that is gorgeous. But why would you go line there? It's a different match now. Punisher this time. A couple of missed second serve returns and the top seed is in trouble here in Washington. Nareed Boskeva has been brilliant in the opening set. She deserves to take it 46 minutes. Six games to four. Spread the play nicely. It's awesome ball striking. Dealt with brilliantly. That's a really strong service game. Of course the serve helped her but there were other parts of the game that were impressive. That's awesome. Great. And she committed to the cause there. She breaks again. That drop shot was special. Dropped in. Amazing rally. Three match points. That's a special performance. To come out and play the way she did. To respond the way she did. It's absolutely brilliant from Nareed Boskeva. Her seventh WTA final. A big, big win. She's knocked out the top seed, Irina Savalenka. It's good to see Savalenka back. Again tonight was littered with unforced errors. Especially the important moment Boskeva where she was resilient and deserved that victory. 6-3 in the third set.
