Disclaimer: I will never share my coordinates on YouTube or any other public platform while camping in beautiful places. The reason is because broadcasting my locations can attract more people to the area, potentially leading to overuse and negative impacts on the environment. Sharing geolocation can lead to a surge in visitors seeking the same picturesque spots and over time, this can degrade the natural beauty that initially attracted you and others to the location. Remember to explore responsibly, respect local regulations , cultural sensitivities and leave it better than you found it.
Hey everybody, welcome to the channel. If this is your first time, my name is Francis and today
is the first week of October here in the Pacific Northwest. The leaves are changing colors and the
days are getting colder which means fall is here. We had a lot of rain in the last couple of weeks
but today is slightly better. No rain in the forecast at least which is good enough for me
to take a quick camping trip on the Olympic Peninsula. And right now I'm heading up to one
of my favorite camp spots along the Hood Canal. I've camped here a few times now but I haven't
made a video to share with y'all yet so with the changing of the seasons, I thought it would be a
good time to take y'all along with me. And also, I recently won the iCamper Disco Series from a
raffle. So for this trip, I plan to do some cooking on it so we'll see how it all turns out.
And with that said, thanks for tuning in and I hope you guys enjoy the video.
Alright, so there you have it. That was the iCamper Disco Series. At first, I wanted to
set up the disco over the fire but the fire pit was too big for me to conveniently cook around
so I'll have to show you guys another time. But I was able to still use the disco on the tripod
as you can see. I really love how modular it can be as well as the ability to set up the fire pit
to set up a table on the tripod. That made it really easy to cook and add ingredients.
The original plan was to batter some rainbow trout in flour and grill it but the local market
I was at didn't have any. Regardless, the king salmon was still delicious. Anyway, it's getting
pretty late. The one thing I'm not looking forward to in the fall is the shorter days,
especially in the Pacific Northwest where it can get dark by 5 p.m in the winter.
It also gets very cold but tonight it isn't too bad. It is about 55 degrees and there's
absolutely no wind so I'm looking forward to a peaceful night. I did bring up my buddy heater
but I don't think I'll be needing it as I also have my wool blankets. But yeah,
time for bed so I'll see you guys in the morning.
So if you guys have been following me for a while now, you'll know I spent the last two years living
out of my 4Runner, exploring the outdoors, and camping in some incredible places. But with these
outdoor adventures, it does become a constant battle to keep the 4Runner's interior clean,
especially when it comes to the floor space. That's why I like to take a moment to share
with everyone what's become a game changer for me during my outdoor excursions. Recently,
3Wliner reached out to me and sent me their all-weather floor mats for the 4Runner and for
several weeks now I've been using these floor mats on my camping trips and I have to say,
I'm genuinely impressed. My favorite feature of the floor mats is how they handle spills.
Not only do they cover the floor area but they also cover the edges around it, providing more
protection and making it easy to clean up any spill. But it's not just the spills, these mats
have other great features as well. The material is TPE, which is made up of non-toxic recyclable
plastics. That means it's safe for everyone including kids, pets, and the environment.
The material is also soft and has anti-slip properties, creating an extra layer of safety
when driving. If you're environmentally conscious like I am, you'll love that these floor mats are
recyclable. So not only will you be able to keep your vehicle clean, you'll also help make a
positive impact on the environment. Last thing I want to mention, they're designed for all-season
durability, which means your floor carpet will be protected from the rain, slush, snow, and mud.
They fit snug in the 4Runner and taking them out to clean has been super easy. And if you're
interested in getting your own set for your vehicle, 3WLiner has mats for every make and
model. If you guys use my coupon code, you'll get 20% off your purchase. Look for the link in
the description down below. Wise to say, if you're looking to keep the inside of your vehicle clean
for all outdoor adventures, check out 3WLiner's all-weather floor mats. Now let's get back to
the camping adventure.
All right, so I'm about one and a half hours outside of Seattle. This brings us to the end
of another adventure here in the Pacific Northwest. I do feel fortunate to call this
place home. There's so much to discover, so much to see in our very own backyard.
And even though this was a short trip, sometimes all it takes is one night outside to hit the reset
button on life. It's a chance to step away from the hustle and bustle of the city, breathe in
some crisp air, and find some comfort in nature. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. Thanks
for watching. Until next time, peace!
