Hike to Lawn Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park - July 2024

It is oh It's huge Should we should we make that chicken rice? We're at our yearly mountain hike with the homies and Typically, they're much harder than the one we're at today. We are at Long Lake Trail in the Rocky Mountains. We were supposed to do long Long's Peak But mother nature Didn't want us to there's some crazy storm coming in and plus they were out of camping sites And so we are doing this trail, which is six miles up We're gonna camp there and then tomorrow we're gonna go see the lake as well as summit a smaller mountain and Take it from there All right, three mile, what is it four miles, how are you how we feeling? What the hell how we feeling how many uh Look at my hands We got a mile and a half to go That's it. That's it Done bro. This ain't nothing to me. No true players like me the shade nothing you pushes are still sleeping. I'm already on mom What about this guy? Yeah, that shows funnest **** that one day bro. Okay, he's carrying the logs Who's gonna carry the boats? Oh Welp we made it to the lake It's very nice. We're gonna set up shop and Damn This is really nice my dude. I Mean, I'll just take it. And well, the other thing the lady said is that they'll also The salt from your sweat Review Okay cross on that side and just Did you carry some anything is lighter than mine though I Decided to go up to clear. I don't know another pool thing Water thing like this But bigger and it's actually gotten pretty difficult Starting a strenuous starting to suck But it's pretty it's nice So I think we're pretty close to getting there. Oh shit. Oh my god. I'm gonna skittles all over you Now that was worth the general admission We hunted hunted so they get big How like that in the wild that in the wild? Oh, that's ******* Bro like a thousand 1,200 that ************ was huge Yeah, a thousand for sure thousand for sure. Maybe more and those horns were ******* big What'd you think bro? It's looking terrified Hey, so what the whistle have been a good idea at that point, oh, yeah High quality H2O. I mean Yeah, just hold it. Hold this down because I broke it. I'm gonna push this down. I Gotta give me one of these man It is look kind of good This tree stuff is in my shot, man They may find it Should we should we make that chicken rice How do you do it we don't Yeah, this one smells good Overall that was a fun trip. It wasn't the main trip We wanted to do but I will say that it wasn't the hardest but it also wasn't the easiest So if you're looking for a trail that is so so That's a good one to do Especially when your friends prefer or consider a good trip a hike that you are basically in hell For like 36 hours, you know I was the most upset about not having to do that. But the rest of the time we just went down Pretty standard stuff what you saw going up. It's all coming down. I'm freakishly sore Somehow I lost my voice from screaming and so good trip I definitely recommend it if anybody has questions about the hike itself leave it in the comment below
