Hello everyone. Today I would like to share with you how I raise 3-color mushrooms. These are the tools I use to store them. After the sun has set, I use 90 degree ethanol to sterilize them. This is dry ethanol, so it dries very quickly. The more I make sure the environment is clean, the more successful my mother-in-law will be. My way of raising will be more successful. This is a spinning wheel, also called a chopstick. It also needs to be sterilized or sun-dried. Or you can use a dry paper towel to clean it. Next is the most important ingredient, which is yeast. Yeast and water. My ratio is 1 yeast plus 20 liters of water. Then I put it in the kitchen to cook and heat it up. When the water is about 70-80 degrees Celsius, I stop. After it cools down, I put it in the glue. It takes about 3 quarters of the glue. This is the 3-color mushroom I bought from Thuy Kim Sinh. Green mushroom, white mushroom, purple mushroom. The rate of growth is quite high. It says here that the ratio I use is 1 kg of flour mixed with 400 liters of water. So you should soak the flour overnight to be more hygienic. But actually, if you soak it overnight, it's not hygienic at all. Because I just want to see it work with my eyes. I mean, when it pops up, I see it's OK. I will use a spoon. A spoon like this. To mix in a box. After mixing, I take a stick to stir it up. After mixing, I can put it in a cool place. At room temperature. After 2 days, this is my result after 2 days.
