"Zhang Liang was an important strategist for Liu Bang, the first emperor of the Han Dynasty. When he was young, he had an interesting encounter.
At that time, Zhang Liang was just an ordinary young man. One day, while he was strolling on a bridge, an old man in tattered clothes walked towards him. When the old man reached Zhang Liang, he suddenly took off his broken shoe and threw it under the bridge. Then he said to Zhang Liang, ""Go, fetch my shoe!"" Zhang Liang felt both strange and angry, thinking that the old man was insulting him and wanted to hit him...
Zhang Liang's ability to be tolerant, sincere, and diligent in his actions enabled him to achieve great success. This story teaches us the importance of self-improvement and personal cultivation."

Meet Heng Liang, a regular young dude in ancient China with no clue that his life is about to get
crazy interesting. One fine day, Heng is out for a leisurely stroll on a bridge when he encounters
a scruffy old man. This guy looks like he's been through a few too many laundry cycles.
Suddenly, the old man slips off one of his ragged shoes and chucks it under the bridge.
Hey, you! Fetch my shoe! The old man commands, pointing at the poor, unsuspecting Heng Liang.
Heng Liang's brain does a double take. Is this old geezer for real?
Cheng's first instinct is to tell the guy, get lost! Or maybe...
But then, he notices the man's age and decides to humor him. Down he goes to fetch the shoe.
Thinking this weird encounter is over, Heng Liang climbs back up, only to be met with the old man's
foot in his face. Put it on for me, the old man orders, as if Heng's some medieval shoe valet.
Heng Liang is pretty sure he's stepped into some sort of twilight zone. But figuring he might as
well go all in, he kneels down and puts the shoe on the old man's foot. The old man stomps his foot,
laughs like a madman, and saunters off without a word of thanks.
Heng Liang's standing there, utterly flabbergasted, when the old man suddenly spins around and says,
You've got potential, kid. Meet me here in five days.
Five days later, Heng Liang shows up early, thinking he's on top of things.
Nope, the old man is already there, arms crossed, glaring at him.
Late? How could you be late? See you in five days.
He huffs and storms off. Five days later,
Heng Liang gets up at the crack of dawn and hurries to the bridge. But guess what?
The old man is there again, earlier than a rooster's crow. He scolds Heng Liang even more
fiercely. Late again? Unbelievable. Five days? Barely. And off he goes, again.
Heng Liang's feeling like he's in some bizarre ancient game show.
This time, he decides to go all out. He doesn't even go to bed.
He just heads to the bridge in the dead of night. Finally, when the old man arrives,
Heng Liang is already there, probably looking like he hasn't slept in a week.
The old man beams. Now that's more like it. He pulls out a dusty old book from his robe
and hands it to Heng Liang. Read this. You'll be able to help the emperor rule the world.
And before Heng Liang can say, wait. What? The old man vanishes into thin air.
Come daylight, Heng Liang opens the book and realizes he's holding the legendary
Art of War by Taigang, a book so rare it's practically mythical.
Heng Liang's jaw hits the floor. From that moment on,
Heng Liang dives into the book, studying like a man possessed. He turns into a military genius
and becomes Liu Bang's right-hand man, helping to establish the Han dynasty and making his name
legendary. Heng Liang's story shows that with patience, humility, and a touch of stubbornness,
you can achieve incredible things and maybe even score a legendary book along the way.
