Magdalena Frech vs. Caroline Garcia | 2024 Guadalajara Semifinal| WTA Match Highlights

Great net coverage from Garcia who's on fire at the moment. That is more aggressive from Freck. She flicks the switch, great backhand and then Freck won four, lost seven. It's a great start. She's flying now. An extraordinary set of tennis here in Guadalajara. Magdalena Freck trailed for much of that set. She trailed by three points in the tie break but she turns it on its head. She takes it 7-6 in one hour and 14 minutes. Oh that's absolutely tremendous. This is a high quality game. Freck from 2-5 down. This is vintage Garcia at the moment. She is that good when she's on it and she's really on it right now. Everything she hits at the moment is landing in. Freck's got it but it's a winner this time. Magdalena Freck take a bow. A dream Mexican week continues. A first ever hardcourt final is secured after a hugely impressive win over the fourth seed Caroline Garcia. She was a double break behind in that second set but it was such a gritty performance. She comes through in straight sets 7-6, 7-5.
