She Was Brought To Tears!

Hi there everybody, Rob Anderson here, magician. On the Las Vegas Strip tonight, we're doing street magic. And I just met Golden in my day. And they're in from Wisconsin, we're going to show them some magic. Here we go, you two are confirmed together. Yes. How long have you been together? Six years. Six years, no kidding, very cool. Six years, a couple of kids at home, a lot of happy memories. That's good, that's great. I want to take you back six years ago to some of your first dates with our first trick, okay? So those first dates, you got to know each other, started holding hands. You're going to hold hands here in a second. Golden, could you hold your right hand out like that? Great. Mynae, could you hold your right hand out like that? Perfect. I'm going to hand you a card here, Golden. You're going to hold onto the four, you're going to have the four of spades in your hand right there. And Mynae, your hand is going to go on top, so you're sort of holding hands there, like on some of those first dates. I'm going to step back there, I wasn't there. You got to know each other, holding hands, maybe across the table at a restaurant or whatever. I don't know, I got the ten of hearts. That's a better card for you two to have. I want you to have that card, okay? I'm going to ask you if you feel as it taps your hand right there. Yes? You feel that, yes? You felt some magic on those dates? Did you feel that? Whoa, what? Yeah? Check it out. You have the hearts. Wait, what? What? Whoa, that just blew my mind. Good. That's good. It's a real card. It is a real card. It's a real card, too. It's a bunch of real cards. It's good. I'm glad you like that one. Let's do another one. I don't know. Magic. We're approaching shin-limb levels here of magic. Are you going to hold my hand? Only if you want to. I like that you want to, though. That's great. Look at these two. Adorable. I love it. I'm going to hand you a few cards. I took a few cards out of the deck earlier. I have them in my hand here. Could you cup your hand like this for me? You're going to hold on to these. I'm going to tell you what these are. These are four queens out of the deck. I will show you in a minute. I did something special with one of these cards a few minutes ago before you came out here. I'm going to show you in a few minutes. I have predicted in advance something you two are about to do. You're holding the cards. I'm not going to use sleight of hand. I'm committed to this prediction. This is a two-part trick. It has to do with your compatibility. You're going to work great together. Golden, you're first. Imagine the queens in her hand right now. The queens are hearts, diamonds, spades, and clubs. Two red and two black cards. Imagine. Visualize that. Then imagine if I remove one of those colors from her hand. Tell us, Golden. Nice clear voice. Which color do you imagine me removing from her hand? Red or black? Black. Gone. Leaving only the red cards in your hand right now. The red cards are the hearts and the diamonds. Leave them just there. Freeze. Don't move. We're going to remove one more. We're either going to remove the heart or the diamond, leaving you with the other card. I'll make it real easy on you. Okay. Which one do you want to leave in your hand? The heart or the diamond? The heart. We'll leave the heart over the diamonds. Kind of like love over money. She's a keeper. That's good. That's great. We're going to remove that diamond then. Get rid of that, too, leaving you with the heart. That's so interesting that you both worked together and wound up with hearts. I'm going to take these back. There's one card that I predicted in advance. You said hearts. I thought you would say hearts. It's the only one that I had for you there, face up the entire time. It's from a totally different deck of cards. That's how sure I was of what you would say. I knew we would need that one. Remember when we got rid of those other cards? We removed the other cards? Yes. When we removed those other cards, we really did remove all of those other cards, leaving you only with that heart in your hand for our compatible couple right there. Wow. That's cool. You two work well together. That's so cool. Thank you. We're perfect for each other. You are. Look at that. I would like you to think of a happy memory, any happy memory at all, that you've made with Golden. It could be anything. I'm not going to try to guess this or say what it is. Money, I want you to let your mind go back to this memory. Really feel those happy thoughts. I want you to think of what you were doing and where you were at. Most importantly, though, I'd like you to try to remember approximately what time this happened to the nearest hour, as if you could picture a round clock over Golden's head. Seeing all of the numbers 1 through 12 on that clock, I'd like you to think back and remember what hour it was. I'd like you to think about what number on that clock is closest to the hour that it was when this happened. Okay? Okay. So you're thinking about a number right now between 1 and 12 that only you know. Right? Okay. 3 o'clock, 2 o'clock, and 1 o'clock. I know you're thinking of one of the numbers on this clock right now. I've got to figure out what that is. I'm going to try to do that by reading your mind. Are you ready for mind reading? Criss Angel style. Here we go. I'm kidding. It doesn't do anything. It's nonsense. You just let your guard down for just a second when you laughed. You looked over here, glanced at the area of the clock. I think I have an idea of where you might be thinking of. Okay? Psychologically, you gave that to me. You're thinking of either a low or a high number here. No response after high number. I said that very strongly. There was no response after that. It's not a high number. Correct? It's not 6 through 12 at all. It's none of these. Right? We don't need these. They're not important to us right now. Your number is 1 through 5. Somewhere between 1 and 5 is what we're looking for right here. You're thinking of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 o'clock. Not 5 o'clock. I'm going to commit to this though. Between 1, 2, 3 or 4. 1, 2, 3 or 4 o'clock. 3 or 4 o'clock. Got it. The number you're thinking of is not 4 o'clock. It's not 3 either. It's none of these. You're thinking of 2 o'clock right now, aren't you? We don't need any of these either. The 2 o'clock card is the only one that's important.
