Mr. Mihailov, good afternoon. Welcome, Mr. Mihailov.
The political party Veliche, are you already preparing for the elections?
Good afternoon. Thank you for the invitation.
We are preparing, we are working.
By the way, we are the only party that has not stopped from the previous elections.
We did not stop with the contacts with the population, to learn their problems
and to help them in their solution.
And this is the most important thing, that from June 9th to this moment
we have not stopped with our active activity, no matter in what moment and what problems we have.
Yes, because I read that on September 23rd, in God's Day, you are creating your structures.
The next ones, yes.
At the moment, the party's chairwoman is touring the whole country.
We have structures that are being created.
We were waiting for some structures to be created for a reason,
to see which person is doing the best, so that we can put the leaders of the structures,
not the people who are paratroopers,
but those who will really help in solving the problems for the local population.
Recently, I read a publication that an American investor,
who works with you, was fired by the politicians in Bulgaria.
There are several American investors, including people from the village of England,
who bought their property before the park was built.
They are satisfied with the development of the region,
and they send signals to their messengers, to the media in their countries.
There is already a signal in the German and Italian media.
There will be a signal in the American media.
At the moment, there is a signal from ONE to Bulgaria,
because they want to investigate why all this is happening.
Today, on the 11th of September, we are in the Vaznenska district of the Prosecutor's Office,
where the documents on the attack on the Historic Park were obtained.
This is very interesting, what you are saying,
but still, there are many negative publications related to the Historic Park.
Who and why wants to destroy it?
The main people who want to destroy the Historic Park are two groups.
One of them is Ivo Prokopiev, because there is a company called CWP,
which installs wind turbines.
They wanted to install wind turbines in the area,
and in the struggle for whether to install them or not,
because they destroy tourist sites,
they attracted the SGA group, which is supported by Delian Peevski,
and the groups from Prokopiev and Peevski-Borisov joined them.
And we know that they attract a large part of the media in Bulgaria.
They attract the real government.
We see what happens, how Ahmed Dogan is expelled from his palace in one day.
This can only be done by a person with unlimited power,
and it is also not happening.
Today, in the parliamentary collars,
he said that he would seek a public procedure
for all the appointments of Mr. Cash.
Who is Mr. Cash? I can't tell you.
They already have some internal wars there.
I want to say one thing, which is hard in Bulgaria.
The main problems in Bulgaria are Delian Peevski and Boyko Borisov.
We add Ivo Prokopiev to them, these three oligarchs.
I will explain why.
Some people say that they have a billion and a half,
two or three billion in their accounts.
This is the smallest thing that they have caused in Bulgaria.
Because at the moment there are 8 billion and a half loans,
which were not randomly drawn before the elections.
Again, it will be distributed.
We know that in the Romanian streets,
everywhere they rush to buy votes.
Again, through bribes that are given to the court,
to the prosecutor's office, to all civil servants,
it is done in such a way that the state does not work.
It does not perform its functions.
We have lost thousands of billions because of these people.
Thousands of billions.
Bulgaria is disappearing.
And if we say somewhere Mr. Cash,
these are the three main oligarchs.
Peevski, Borisov and Ivo Prokopiev.
These are for me Mr. Cash.
He had another person in mind,
but we will talk about this another time.
Why do you think this park has become the most discussed thing in Bulgaria?
Until a year ago, no one talked much about you.
Even many people did not know that it existed.
The reason is the party Velichia,
which in the local elections in 2023
won the Vetrino municipality
and helped the other two municipalities
to break away from the current riots in Statukva.
These are the municipalities Provadija and Vulcidol.
And from there,
because we violated the interests of Mr. Borisov,
Mr. Peevski and Mr. Prokopiev again,
and what happened,
they prepared something similar to KTB.
Everyone says KTB is failing.
This was not a bank pyramid.
It deliberately failed the bank.
In the same way,
the Historical Park, as a shareholder of the society,
tried to deliberately fail it
through media publications,
through threats of people
who work with the Historical Park,
through the termination of the contract
with tour operators,
through the termination of work
with tourist facilities from Montenegro,
through an economic embargo.
In the same way,
the Bulgarian version of the Magnitsky Act
in which banks cannot work with them.
And so,
a business was aimed at
liberating the area
so that they could install fences,
solar panels and everything else
with which they deprived the whole country.
Many people,
when we talked about you,
asked me who is behind you, Velin Mihailov.
I cannot answer this question.
I can answer it.
Behind me always stands the strongest backbone
that a person can have.
God is behind me
because God is on the side of justice.
So,
there is no better ally
than the one I have.
And there is no better backbone than him.
What are the losses you bear?
We bear 2 million a month
from March to now.
Despite this,
there are still a lot of people.
Yes, because
everything we have done,
we said years ago
that we are making the first historical resort.
They hit us on the airbase,
they hit us on excursions,
groups and visits.
There are a lot of people,
but what really brought
additional income
were the hits.
Thanks to this Bulgarian version
of the Magnitsky Act,
which they made.
This makes the business
at the moment on its knees.
But this is the reason
I want to make justice,
not for the historical park,
because they already suggested
that they want peace.
But I want for every Bulgarian citizen
to have justice.
And this is important to achieve in Bulgaria.
Not to agree that we are good,
but justice should be
the right of every Bulgarian citizen
and he can benefit from it.
Still, there is a court system.
Maybe you will look for
some responsibility from some person.
I will give you just one example.
What happened with the two
D50s at the registration.
We saw that the law was being violated
in any way when Mr. Pejewski was there.
I don't know if Velichije
was so scattered
that he had to go and register.
They would never register us.
Separately,
now I had information that Velichije
will do it on purpose,
because there is a need for 2500 signatures
to enter the parliament.
That's why we are gathering 10.
Because they said that if we have
4500 or 500,
they will make it so that they don't register us
for the elections.
Everything is being done so that we can't go to the elections.
And how is the signing meeting going?
We are already ready
with tens of thousands of signatures
that we just have to enter,
arrange and send
to register the party.
What will you say
about your ex-partner?
Will he be part of your team?
Mr. Marko?
Yes.
No, we will not work with him anymore.
I wish him success in all his activities
and to show him the best of himself.
Thank you for
answering this question.
According to you,
will we be able to make
a qualitative selection of people
to manage the state?
I think that
many people
will not be able
to manage the state.
Also,
if a majority is formed,
similar to the one with GERP and DPC,
Bulgaria will disappear in 5 years.
Or,
even with PPDB,
as we have seen,
the last 4 years have been catastrophic
for Bulgaria.
I am sorry to interrupt,
but they have recently
excluded the Volta party
which was their leader.
Is that so?
But, what has happened
in the last 4 years
is that we have reached over $30 billion.
And during this time,
we do not see anything left
after this $30 billion.
I am often told that I am a pyramid,
that I have harmed people,
but with very little money
we have achieved
the development of an entire region.
What we see the state doing,
our state with the administration,
is to lead us
according to the Greek scenario.
The viewers simply do not know,
but at the moment the Greeks are not an independent people.
In Greece, everything is owned
by foreign companies,
and the Greeks are guest workers
in their own country.
If someone thinks that their situation is good,
let him go and talk to the Greeks
and see, especially in 2013,
what the situation was.
All the money in the banks
was taken by them over 60,000 euros.
They could earn 50 euros a day.
The housing prices fell.
In Athens, from 130,000 euros
a waiter, it fell to 30,000.
This is what all Bulgarians expect
if the same government continues.
The system should be changed.
More precisely, the managers should be changed.
People should come
to show something.
I want you to see
in the presidential campaigns
which parties
are doing something.
They will make posters,
billboards,
ads everywhere,
but you will never see
anything related,
like the Kolofits,
which were made by the engaged Bulgarians.
The Kolofits,
which always said
that we should build bridges,
not goods.
Exactly. Let's see
which parties in this campaign
will leave something permanent.
I call on the parties
with their budget
to build a church,
a school,
a monument,
so that we can remember
that this campaign,
thanks to it,
left nothing in Bulgaria.
What will be left of you?
Now you will see,
we have prepared a surprise.
There will be a monument of Hanna Sparuk,
who thinks that such a monument
has not been made in the last 35 years
in Bulgaria.
Where will it be located?
First of all, we will put it
in the village of Neofitrivski,
until it comes.
We have planned
to put it in Bulgaria or Odessa,
where the area of the
Bessarabian Bulgarians is in Ukraine,
so that we can take care
of our brothers,
those who are in Ukraine.
Also,
he died on the territory
of Ukraine, in Znesenka.
We have a monument
that we put on a branch in Italy,
a monument of Kotrak,
which is in Volga, Bulgaria,
to Samara,
where the sheep fight.
Sparuk is planned to be in Ukraine,
in Znesenka.
Soon we will make a monument
either in Albania or Macedonia.
If they do not want it in Macedonia,
we will make it in Albania.
We will also make a monument
on the territory of today's Russia.
All this, however,
is related to large expenses.
Instead of billboards,
we will allocate funds
in this direction,
so that there is something left for Bulgaria.
You mentioned billboards.
Nowhere along the highway,
which is close to you,
did we see a billboard
to show where the historical park is.
They removed them.
We had our billboards,
but they removed them.
This is part of the war
of Mr. Peski, Mr. Borisov and Mr. Prokopjev
against us.
They also removed the signs
that were for the historical park.
Yes.
If a person does not know...
It is good that the buildings
are so impressive.
They can be seen from the highway.
One more question.
Besides the monuments,
what else will you promise people?
Not in detail, but very briefly.
It is not important to promise
a lot of things.
Look, we are the first.
At the moment we are fighting
with a lawlessness
in the municipality of Silistra.
We are helping people
in Dospad.
We are promoting people
who were not allowed
to use the streets for a year.
They are already doing it.
The farmer enters his functions
to be a farmer for all citizens,
not only for those who have chosen him.
He is a pioneer.
In Silistra, the farmer decided
to make a wind park
near the Srebrna reservoir,
which is unique for birds.
It is a natural
wealth for Bulgaria.
At the moment we are working
with municipalities in Dobrich,
municipalities in Shumen,
which currently have a lot of
damage, in Velingrad,
here in Isperiha,
in Ihtiman,
we will show for certain abuses.
Step by step we want to make
so that the local government
and the structures of GERP and DPC
which are stealing,
stop stealing
and invest the money
in the Bulgarian economy.
I will give you an example.
Now I learned from a Bulgarian
manufacturer of street lighting
that the capital municipality
instead of buying Bulgarian
lighting in Sofia,
they buy twice as expensive
buildings in Philips.
We do not support the Bulgarian
economy, we do not support
the Bulgarian manufacturers,
we do not care to develop our companies
and then we say where
the money comes from.
We simply destroy the money
we have, because of this reason
what we do in the first place
is to stop this destruction
of funds.
You recently said
that your park, everything you do,
is to its end. I think
this should be refuted.
Yes, it was.
It was a critical moment
and there was a need
for the people we work with,
the visitors themselves
to decide
whether they want to have this object
or not. It makes no sense
to develop it,
to preserve it, if people
do not see benefit from it.
I just see that people want politicians
who are honest, who care about Bulgaria,
but people who are honest and care about Bulgaria
are people who are cultured.
They go, visit and develop in such objects.
Children, all Bulgarian children
should go to this place
to build a spirit, to have faith,
to have values and then
we can count that now and tomorrow
we will have politicians who will rule the country.
If there are no values,
we can not count that some person
will take care of us and Bulgaria.
Was there a preliminary agreement
according to you with this dissolution
that took place in your parliamentary group?
I can not say.
There were some factors
that were implemented.
These are Victoria Vasiljeva and Darin Georgiev.
The rest of the people
who already withdrew
Etienne Lévy,
whom I think he is
a good person who got into
some flow. Nikolai Markov
and Georgi Kukov
are subsequently recruited in some way.
But what happened
with the parliamentary group of Velichi
showed that everyone else
in the parliament is in some agreement.
Because there is no way
to attack the smallest party
and the bigger ones to stand
calmly.
And I think it was very good
our entry into the parliament
because it really shows what is happening.
We saw that GER somehow
speaks very closely to the revival.
They are not such a position.
On the contrary, they work synchronously.
We asked the question about Ed Sbelin,
which is important. I will tell you why.
Last month the stock of the Historic Park
was 6,000 levs, this month
18,000. And the night energy
reaches 1,800 levs,
which makes the production of vegetables
and any production in Bulgaria
super expensive because
our energy system is not balanced.
We
only fought for Ed Sbelin
to be allowed to the commission
to review his construction again.
The rebels who were
involved in the program
played against him.
The BCP who were involved in the program
played against him.
The ITAN who were already in this direction
also played against him.
We saw what is happening in reality.
But now I will check you a little
because today the parliament
at its meeting
decided to freeze
the sale of the reactors
of Ed Sbelin
for Ukraine.
And this is only with the votes
of the reborn ITAN and BCP.
Now, to tell you
this in the election campaign,
because in Ukraine they do not want
to buy our reactors because they have
internal problems, which are their
parliamentary, and there they cannot
accept their parliament to buy the reactors.
For this reason, GERB
and DPC take care of their
satellites and give them the opportunity
for something to pass in the hall,
because otherwise it will never pass.
For this reason,
these are moves similar to the law
for LGTB, in which,
I will give an example. First, there is no punishment
to be foreseen, so that people
can really be afraid. They have some disciplinary
punishments for the teachers. And under the law
for LGTB, the organizations
that propagandize are external.
They are not inside the teachers.
There is no way to punish them.
And the second thing,
the historical park and the literature
that we publish, the events that we do,
they educate the right fighting spirit
in the children, to be honest,
kind, and all these values
that are necessary to have a good society.
And they made a commission for him.
Or, we can see
that these parties are populist.
Why am I saying this? I regret
that it is so. I wish we could work
together, but
if we continue in the same way,
to have frozen reactors for another
10 years, the frozen reactors
mean nothing. They only mean
working reactors.
Aids Belen should start building
now. Now. Not to freeze
it, but to build it. Why?
They want to freeze it, but they don't want to build it.
Why don't we look at Aids Belen and how
to develop it? Do you understand?
This can really show you what these people
really want. Everything else is a
bubble with which they cover people's eyes
and we see them.
For the last 4 years,
even 5, 2020, 2021,
2022, 2023, 2024,
5 years,
we have only been talking about
what needs to be done and nothing is being done.
If this continues,
8 billion, plus 8 billion,
in the next year there are 11 billion
to be built.
We are just switching.
And why? Why? Give me an answer.
There is no answer to this question.
Why should we tolerate them?
But I want an answer to another question.
I recently watched one of your videos.
You stopped at the place
of the half-destroyed
radio plant in Varna.
Yes.
And you stopped there to do
something truly unique,
as you call it, in the video.
Exactly. This plant, for years,
because of the lack of state policy,
because every country supports
its military plants when there is no need,
so that they can make money when there is a need.
This used to be a plant that is still
working for Dari.
And because of state policy,
it almost failed.
We helped by buying a large part
of the buildings,
but the rest, which is the development part
of the plant, we are preserving and reconstructing
and new production facilities
will be built outside Varna.
And at the place where the radio plant was,
we will build the city of Varna.
This will be a financial enterprise center
that is needed
so that the economy of Bulgaria can develop
like Switzerland.
It is necessary to have it.
And because it is not built in Sofia,
we see that in Sofia everything is already over-developed,
Varna is the ideal place
because it is 5 minutes away from the airport,
the airport, the bus station, the train station,
a key place.
And this will give the opportunity
to all Bulgarian children and young people
to know that those of them who want to develop
with science, with finance,
with entrepreneurship,
will have a place and a center where this
will happen on the fast track.
There will be no need to go to Harvard and Cambridge.
They will be able to go to the city of Varna
and they will be able to realize this thing
because there will be a lot of international specialists
and a very fast exchange of knowledge,
skills and rapid growth of staff.
Without staff, Bulgaria cannot exist.
After all the political structures
in Bulgaria
lose their legitimacy
what will you do
to prevent this from happening with greatness?
The only thing we can do
to avoid losing legitimacy
is to show what we are doing.
The actions are the only ones
that can show
that a party makes sense.
If the party does not do its job,
it is better to be closed
and the voters do not vote for us.
We live in a time
in which it is very difficult
to produce a stable government.
We go to the elections
for four years
and seven times already.
I imagined because I thought six or seven.
The elections show
that something is wrong in the state.
This is similar to a virus
when it enters the human body
or when it does not kill itself.
The body does everything
to be able to get out of the body
and not to be infected and die.
The same is with the state.
We can accept the elections
as a sign of infection in the body
and this infection
can be seen in the current parties.
GERB, DPC, BCPI
are the parties
that somehow
challenge the body
to make this allergic reaction.
You are going to appear
in the interim parliamentary elections
for the 51st parliament.
Does it bother you
that the parliamentary model
leads to exhaustion?
No, there is no problem
in the parliamentary model
and I will tell you why.
Those who are in power
struggle again
to make us believe in this thesis
so that they can rework the system
and stay in power for a long time.
An empire never wants to fall.
It does not fall voluntarily.
When the parliamentary system
does not work, what it does
is to have elections.
Believe me that after a few elections
things will be cleared up even more.
We are already working
and the parties themselves
are losing a lot
and you can see the difference
between the greatness
with 6 deputies
and the rest of the parties.
At the end of the parliament
we can make a list
of what we have done for the people
and what they have done.
We do not have a budget
and the subsidies are not given to us.
We did it with our own money.
What was the opinion
of the leader of your party
when she was asked
when she will get
the subsidies?
This was the next
fake news
from these troll factories.
You say that there is nothing
true in this.
100%. She refutes it.
They gave a press conference
in which they refuted it.
They asked even in the National Assembly
to see on which phone
to listen to the recordings
because it is easy to trace
and it turns out
that there is no such information.
Unfortunately,
GERP and DPC
sometimes say that PIK
is an agency
that is fake.
But the other capital and iconomedia
are the opposite.
It turns out that the troll factories
are the same.
I will give an example.
Plamen Paskov was accused
by Kostadin Kostadinov
and Tson Chuganev
that his coalition
Solidarna Bulgaria
supported the party
of Ahmet Dogan.
This is not true
because the coalition
participates only once
in a certain number of parties.
This is Solidarna Bulgaria
for something.
It turns out that they
made a fake news
in order to
blacken the name of one person.
Now, I want to ask you
because our time is running out.
Will you make your messages
during the election campaign
reach younger people,
older people,
to the generation
that is a little bit out of the rails?
We are doing a few things.
First, we will use
the services of Eurocom
because we are very satisfied
that this television is one of the few
that gives an opportunity
to all viewers.
You talk to me,
you talk to Radostin Vasiljev,
you talk to Kostadin Kostadinov
and every other leader of the party
and to all of them you show
indifference.
I can only congratulate you
and continue to give voice
to all parties.
We will use Eurocom,
we have our own media channels,
such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook
and Edin Vesnik Krasiva Bulgaria
which will be printed in 500,000 numbers
and will be distributed to all people
who are used to...
Exactly.
And again it will be distributed
so that people who are used to reading news
But you stopped it for a while.
Yes, we stopped it.
We stopped it beautifully.
Because at one point
we had a lot of problems
and we had to do something
for the voters
and we decided to stop it.
You said to stop it.
I read that you have a solid
amount of weapons.
I believe that every man
should have a solid amount of weapons
because this is the main task of men.
I even read that in Western Europe
women are crying because their husbands
are terrible and they are being
raped by migrants.
There is no one to protect them
because men are afraid of them.
They make decisions, they are afraid of prison
and they are afraid of being raped by someone else.
You are not afraid, right?
A Bulgarian man should be different.
Thank you. Thank you for the interview.
