Hi guys, welcome back to another daily vlog. Today is Thursday and I'm just on my way to the metro
because today is a work day. So I tried to give you guys like a little bit of a glimpse of my
morning routine. If you watch my vlog from Saturday, I kind of explained this little injury that I got.
I think it was from sleeping but not really sure. I got this horrible pain in my neck and my shoulder
so I've been dealing with that for the past like week or so and on Monday I actually went for
a follow-up. I got another physio massage that really really helped although in the moment
it hurt so badly and it hurt really badly to sleep that evening. I'm really trying hard
not to overly exert myself because I want to get back to normal. So I haven't been working out all
week which is strange for me not only because like I like to move my body in the morning but also
because like it really helps with you know your mental health and I just feel like a little sluggish
but I know that it's not it's not good to overly exert myself. I had a bit of a work crisis this
morning so I don't really know what I'm going into because it could be something that is you
know easily rectified or it could be a massive problem so I don't know we'll see when we get
there but I'm excited for tonight because I am having dinner with two of my girlfriends
and we are going to this brand new restaurant that people have been raving about. It smells so bad
um yeah so I'm really excited to try this new restaurant it's called Le Violon. The chef is
actually like one of Montreal's best chefs so I'm really excited to try it and really excited to hang
out with my friends too because we always have such a good time together. I guess I will catch
you guys a bit later.
And I changed really quickly now I'm just walking Levi before I leave for dinner. It looks like
it's going to rain so I actually was prepared and I am taking an umbrella with me. I am somebody who
really doesn't like umbrellas. I don't know I find them so bulky so usually if I know it's
gonna rain I'll take like a baseball cap with me but it doesn't go with the outfit tonight so
no baseball hat I am going with an umbrella. I wanted to give you guys a pit check
oh my god look at that oh my god
oh my god thank you dessert corner oh my god this looks amazing okay so this is really cool
we have huacatay which is a Peruvian marigold that they're growing at Parcel where we buy it
Parcel is in Austin two hours away good friends of ours that are growing beautiful vegetables
and then Tamara makes some of the best desserts
Ontario cherries in there there's chocolate and then this is our basket you ready okay
but this cake is insane did you try this one not yet I'm too obsessed with this kind of I love a
dark forest 10 out of 10 this is I like for Montreal I have to say service service was
the dark the the black forest cake is very high okay this is a close second good choice
I also love the appetizer with the lobster appetizer with like the herbs and the cucumber
yeah that was really good I just got home and I just had the most incredible meal the most
incredible service it was such an amazing experience I mean I was telling you guys at
the beginning of this vlog that people are raving about this restaurant and I can totally see why
even the hostess like offered her number that if we wanted to make a reservation
and there were no tables available online just to call her one of my friends she actually dropped
a fork and like within a second there was somebody there who was ready to replace her fork
like she didn't even ask like service like that you don't get every day and it was so nice because
also they had like a second service so they had to give our table up and they did it in the most
accommodating way they weren't rude about it at all they told us that we can order our dessert
and go sit outside where they had like a little area they knew how to phrase it in a way that
we wouldn't be insulted that we wouldn't feel that they were kicking us out and when we went
outside which was the cutest little area um unfortunately it was just a little bit cool
tonight so that was the only thing that you know if it was warmer we would have stayed longer but
like we were right near the kitchen we talked a little bit with the chef who was so nice as well
so down-to-earth and he ended up bringing us our dessert and he ended up giving us another dessert
which he didn't have to like they were so down-to-earth and so nice and the food was so good
so if you guys are in Montreal or if you're planning a trip to Montreal I highly recommend
Le Violon it was spectacular I'm gonna end the vlog here I wanted to wish you guys a good night
or good morning wherever you guys are and I hope you guys enjoyed this video and I will see you
guys in my next one.
