Order these extremely cheap broadheads off Ebay. After testing flight and hitting a rock with very little damage after missing a groundhog...
All right today we're going to take one of these Chinese knockoffs 125 grain. We're going to shoot
the arrow and a similar field point 400 grain total setup with lighted knock. We're going to
get a chronograph and then we're going to shoot the field point at 20 yards and shoot the broadhead
at 20 yards and see how close they hit. My standard is usually two inches. Hit the broadhead but we'll
hit within two inches of the field point at 20 yards. I find that acceptable. So here we go let's
chronograph. 20 yards and that's here to that target. Kind of cloudy today. I hope the chronograph will
work. Pick it up. 239. Good speed. All right let's get back and shoot 20 yards. So you've been asking
about this toothbrush. That's how I do it. There's the first set of brushes. Just got a little band
here to hold this. This is a reach toothbrush. It's got a downward angle and I trim the brushes
off there just a little bit. The bristles off just so it wouldn't be a super tight fit. It doesn't
affect the accuracy. Does a great job. Double brushes. 400 grain arrow. 239 feet per second. 20 yards. Field
point. Dead center. Just high. All right let's shoot the orange dot on the right there with the
put the broadhead on it. Hornet recruit arrow. 18 inch. 400 grain. Okay three blade. Chinese knockoff
Montec. 20 yards. 400 grain arrow. 239 feet per second. Shooting at the orange. Not sighted in.
So it's dead center but it's way lower but the broadheads that other broadhead shot lower too so
not within two inches but left and right. Perfect. Golly. I mean that is sighted in for the other
broadhead and there it sits. Almost dead center. 20 yards. Wouldn't even have to change the sights. Sweet.
