There's a specific things that we look for to know when in our mind and in our
heart, we're like, this guy is the one.
And we will do anything to make it work, anything to make it happen.
As long as you embody these qualities.
So if you have a specific woman that you're dating right now and you want to be
the one for her, you're into her,
you just really want to find the woman of your dreams,
then this is the video for you. Hello gentlemen, my name is Apollonia Ponte.
I'm a dating relationship expert and I've been coaching for about eight years
and in this industry with highly,
highly successful results and getting in their dream relationships.
You can check out the description box below to see so many client testimonials
as well. So if this is your first time visiting,
I would welcome you to click that subscribe button and let's get started.
So one of the things that women look for to know that you're the one is emotional
connection. You hear me talk about this a lot,
but I'm going to dive a little bit deeper on what this means when we know that
he's the one. So inside the emotional connection,
she feels a deep sense of security with you.
She feels like you won't abandon her.
She can be vulnerable. She can be heard.
She's a scene in this relationship.
This means that you guys have known each other to go in depth of conversations,
to really get deep into conversations about life, what lifts you up,
what she's been through and not be judged or used against in this way.
So women really find a sense of security and know that you're the one when they
can be open and they feel open with you and in sense of them being open with you,
they have a sense of happiness as well.
She experienced genuine happiness.
It means that her happiness isn't tied to an ups and downs of the relationship.
Happiness isn't just tied into the highs of a relationship and then the lows.
This can be a really toxic relationship.
Love what a healthy woman experience and genuine happiness and love is the
consistency,
but the consistency of peace and the contentment that she feels with you.
And I think that's,
what's really important is a lot of times we think that we have to have these
ultimate highs to have attraction,
but consistency is really the ultimate driver of happiness and slowing pacing of
her happiness to go up, to finally feel the love that you want.
And that's what healthy women, especially high value women really look for.
And even if they can't explain it themselves,
gentlemen number two is alignment of values. Gentlemen, when I talk about this,
like you should be looking for this in a woman too,
is you want to know your values, gentlemen,
just as much as a woman should know hers.
When you have a woman that is aligned in values,
you're not playing guessing games anymore.
She's more upfront and it's not like, Oh, I don't know.
I don't know how to communicate. You know,
I just need some time or I just need some space to figure it out.
And she can't really tell you the why.
I see so many men that put coaching sessions with me and they just want to know
the woman's why, like why is she saying this Apollonia?
And many women don't have clear values or clear expectations of what they want
and what they need met from a man that they kind of beat around the bush
sometimes because they're not clear themselves.
So when a woman is actually dating a man that can be clear,
he can lead her there and get clarity because at the same time he has values
within him that exudes qualities of clarity of communication.
So she knows in order to fall in love with this great man,
she has to adhere by those values too, which are healthy gentlemen.
So it's that's why I talk about like leading in the relationship and setting the
tone and setting the pace is when a man is his best self possible,
he will find the best woman possible too.
So when you find a woman that's in alignment with the core values,
like what you want from a relationship, family, ethics, future goals,
this is where the both of you can unite and share a common ground,
which is sometimes an unbreakable bond. And in values,
I think one of the most important things that we misunderstand or we just don't
even pay attention to or ask for is the ability to have mutual
respect when the both of you have differences.
And this comes to you gentlemen, because also too, when a man,
we see a man have mutual respect for us when we have differences,
it doesn't mean that I have to be right or I have to be wrong or someone has to
prove a point. It never comes to that.
That's where you have a safe common ground with a woman.
You become her safe place because a man becomes a safe place for a woman when he
has some type of mutual respect for differences. Okay?
It doesn't mean that he doesn't allow differences or doesn't let his voice be
heard when he has differences,
but it's the way that it's articulated because it comes from his energy.
It comes from who he is, what he's been through, his mindset,
his expectations. So if you have the right mindset and expectations,
you're willingly going to come off authentic with empathy,
but very assertive as well,
because at the same time you're digging for the why and the both of you
appreciate each other's perspectives,
but you also try to always come to a conclusion or a resolution or a
compromise. And so within differences,
it's really about understanding your partner because if you lead in this way,
a woman can follow and that's how she'll feel more in her feminine and safe
gentleman. So many of us argue like, Oh, why do men have to do all the work?
Really? It's not about men doing all the work.
It's really about owning the masculine and part of you with confidence that is
already residing in every man.
So a woman can step into her feminine because 90 to 80% of male and
heterosexual relationships do want a woman to be in her feminine.
Number three is we look for consistency and behavior,
like not overwhelming consistency. Like what am I going to see you again?
Validation consistency. This is not what I'm talking about,
but consistency and behaviors and line up with actions as much as words because
women want to depend on a man that is reliable and trustworthy.
When we have a man that we can be reliable and trustworthy with,
wow, is this a such, such a game changer gentleman.
And I think that this is where a woman feels safe to, you know,
submit in some ways and be in her feminine because she wants you to lead because
a woman in her feminine that allows you to lead and she is submitting to you
doesn't mean that she's a yes woman.
It means that you make the best choices for the both of you.
And she trusts you wholeheartedly because of the fact that you
literally carry her love in your heart to make the best decisions
for you and your family.
And she knows that you will do it because you've never showed or buried anywhere
differently. Number four is emotional and physical intimacy.
I think of many times, um, physical intimacy is aced on a scale for men.
Let's be honest. But emotional intimacy sometimes gets a D or an F most of the
times in the men community, right?
That's why I talk a lot and I teach a lot about emotional intimacy,
emotional connection, um, EQ so much for my gentlemen on this channel.
But one of the things that have to be in port that has to be important in,
in a woman finding the one is she is not only comfortable with being herself,
but she allows herself to be accepted both physically and emotionally.
So for example, you know, let's be honest,
emotional women were a little bit more emotional creatures than men are.
And we talk with emotions, we react with our emotions.
And sometimes we need a man to really give us logic at times or kind of set us
straight at times, right? It's funny because I watched a reel the other day.
It's like, I'll argue with my husband, but I know he's right.
But then I'll just argue with him because I don't like his tone. Right.
And it's so funny because it's so true.
And it's just because sometimes underneath that emotion for a woman,
it's like, we just want to be loved. We want to be seen.
We want to be babied sometimes, especially when we're in love with that man.
So sometimes when a man is busy and working so much and just focused on like
building the home for the family and bringing in like, you know, the revenue,
I know how lost in the sauce we can get. But at the same time,
that emotional connection is what keeps a woman attracted to a man.
And so that is really important is always to have that emotional intimacy.
And I'll tell you right now, gentlemen,
emotional intimacy always comes from communication always forever.
And that is the only way. The next one is conflict resolution. Um,
I think it's important to understand that I want you gentlemen to know that you
should be looking for a healthy conflict resolution within a woman as well.
And many times when we go in and experience dating, we fall for someone.
They don't have a healthy reflection of conflict resolution.
I don't think that means that you have to teach them or let them go,
but if it becomes toxic, yes,
but you have to lead by example at one point or another,
someone always has to be the bigger person in a relationship,
a marriage and dating.
And it doesn't always mean one person is always a bigger person.
It depends on different situational environments.
But a lot of times women look for healthy conflict resolution,
a man that's not raising his voice, getting defensive easily,
is a man that lacks confidence and thinks that everything is attacked on him.
I think this is a really important thing. And also too,
a way to build trust is through conflict because growth is here. Example,
my husband and I, when we get into conflicts about anything in life,
we look at it as like, we need to grow from this as our marriage.
And so when we discuss things and we communicate because there is a conflict,
we ask, I asked my husband, like, where is he coming from?
What is his vision? And he does the same thing for me. Like, why are you upset?
What did you expect?
And then we can understand what's going on in both of our minds.
And apparently most of the time, it's not even what we're arguing about.
It's something else that's completely different that just needs to change.
And we grow from it. So for example, we get to the resolution.
Like what was it that made us so mad? And now we get to the resolution and I'm
like, okay, I need to work on this. I won't do this again. And if I do,
call me out. So I see it. Okay. And it's like, we're a team,
we're working together and we're growing. Okay.
And so that's, what's really important in relationship.
It's not like you're not going to have conflict.
It's the growth from your conflict and how you can articulate the conflict.
And that's what makes a woman feel really safe.
And knowing if a man is really truly the one and the two more here that I want
to mention is intuitive.
I think intuition is plays a big part and knowing if a man is the one,
you know, when you just get that feeling,
not based off of chemistry because the sex is amazing and all this stuff.
Like you just have this feeling, you have a sense of safety.
Your nervous system isn't acting up. You just feel at peace with this person.
It's unexplainable,
but you have a deep sense of knowing that this person is the one.
And when someone asks, why do you like this person? Why do you fall,
love this person? It's not, Oh, because he's a good person.
You actually know why. So I'm asking you gentlemen,
like have you ever been in love before or in a relationship?
And someone's asked you like, why do you love the person? And you're like,
well, he's fun. She's a nice person, blah, blah, blah.
But it's really nothing to hit home and to hit the heart,
to hit the soul level of what makes you grow in life. Right.
And then the last one is past experiences and reaction. I think, um,
what's really important is to understand that we all have past experiences.
We all may have some trauma. We all have bad relationship stories.
Many of us can relate to this, right. But it's about like,
what are we bringing into our experiences now?
And what are we not bringing into our experiences now?
And so a lot of times, like when we get into relationships,
what I've noticed and we're going to get into dating is we bring that baggage,
quote unquote,
into our next partnership or into our next dating phase or into our next
relationship. And what's important is like a man leaves that at the door. Right.
And the reason why he leaves that at the door and he closes the door is because
he's learned from it. So he closes the door and he moves up and he's like,
let's open a different door. Let's see if door number two is the one. Right.
And it's funny because I laugh about it because it's a sense of truth behind it.
And I'm working with a private, one of my private clients,
and he's this amazing, amazing doctor.
Like he literally saves lives for a living.
And this has been his job since he was in his early thirties.
He went to school early, he graduated early,
and he's devoted his life to this. And, you know,
sometimes like we'll talk and he's in the middle,
in the middle of a break before he has to go into a big surgery. And he's like,
I just need a pet talk Apollonia. And, um,
it's interesting because reason why I say this is because many times men
keep so much to themselves about their past experiences. Right.
And they're like scared and they're high performers.
But at some times you need that person to give you the grip.
You need that person to ask you for a reflection.
You need that person that's going to make you grow and open up that new door and
help you see what you need to close the door on.
That's why coaching is so, so important gentlemen.
