Battle to the End! Tommy Paul vs Tomas Machac Entertaining Final Set in Tokyo

Oh, OK. Done it again. He's burnt the line with that return winner. All over the net. Sweet. With both shots, again, just at the end. Yeah, he just teased him a little bit there about maybe going down the line with that backhand, which is. Still reserved to close the door. That's outrageous from there. Unbelievable court coverage. That miss might be costly. Not invited there. Believable backhand. What a shot. Short and inviting. Oh, my word. The well is deep. Why not keep going? It'll change up. Toss went over the shoulder. He's starting to go to town on the Tommy Paul second serve. Wow, after the backhands he's played, he misses that one. It was a deep ball from Paul, but great volley. Well watched because the pass was low across the net. A little bit passive from Mahatch. Excellent play. Just mixing Tommy Paul around. What a great adjustment that Mahatch has made. Emphatic start. Second serve return again. Being bullied now by Mahatch. First mini break is his. Yeah, he just gave that pass too much. Another top 20 win for Thomas Mahatch. And so impressive because he had to do it the hard way after losing a bruising opening set to Tommy Paul.
