While everyone's been fixated on NVIDIA's chip dominance,
four unexpected players have been quietly outpacing the GPU titan.
Felix here, and today we're diving into a market phenomenon that's left
even my trusty golden retriever Winston scratching his head.
These four stocks aren't just riding the AI wave,
they're quite literally fueling it.
Now you might be thinking, Felix,
what could possibly beat NVIDIA in this tech crazed market?
Well, prepare to have your perspective shifted,
because we're talking about companies that are proving
AI's impact stretches far beyond Silicon Valley.
From aerospace to energy revolution,
these stocks are rewriting the stock market rules as we speak.
By the end of this video, you'll see the AI revolution
and the market in a whole new light.
Before we dive into the four stocks,
let's set stage, that was my cat meowing at me,
with the AI titan that everyone's been talking about,
NVIDIA, of course.
And they've been an absolute tear this year.
The stock price is skyrocketing by a jaw-dropping 140%,
enough to make any investors' heart race faster
than I don't know what.
And if I look at our little stock indicator here in Trade Vision,
we haven't had a buy signal by our indicator yet,
but if I look at the chart here,
I think we are pretty close to one.
So watch the next couple of days on Trade Vision
and wait for that buy signal to kick in.
The previous proper rally we had here,
kicking off at 92,
we called that rather nicely,
and then exiting up here at 123.
And we have managed to beat NVIDIA's buy and hold return of 256%
by about 20% or so,
which is actually very hard to do
when things go up in a straight line,
very hard to beat stocks that just go up and up and up and up
with simply buy trading.
That's just a simple buy indicator.
We don't short or anything like that here in that backtesting.
So check that out on Trade Vision.
Now, everybody now knows NVIDIA has established itself
as the undisputed leader in AI chips,
powering everything from EVs to sophisticated language models.
And various applications of NVIDIA chips
in data centers, gaming, and AI research and so on,
make it the backbone of the AI revolution.
I don't think we need to go into too much detail here
because you're probably fairly familiar with it,
other than just to say
that the upcoming Blackwell line of chips is on the horizon.
They're in production.
The demand is apparently insane,
according to their CEO.
So I think the good stuff is about to get much, much better.
But let's turn our attention to a company
that's soaring higher than,
I don't know, Winston chasing a squirrel up a tree.
And you probably haven't heard of these guys.
They're called Haumet Aerospace.
Ticker symbol HWM.
A stock that's done an astonishing 190% return
since the beginning of 2022.
Our little indicator here called a buy signal
on September 13 and still says, hold on to it.
So what do they do?
And are they just riding the AI wave?
Well, no, they're actually carving out their own niche
in the aerospace industry.
You see, Haumet specializes in manufacturing
titanium alloy product for the aerospace industry.
They're not just making parts.
They are basically changing aircraft construction.
They're creating lighter,
more fuel-efficient aircraft components.
It's kind of like putting the entire aerospace industry
on a diet.
Does that make sense?
I think it probably does.
And they secured a cool $500 million in funding.
You look at their numbers, they're pretty decent.
In the second quarter,
Haumet showed a 52% jump in earnings.
Profits, exciting stuff.
And the market reaction, well, it was pretty excited.
If you look at the breakout we've had since May or so.
Where did they kick off?
Here, basically, back in May.
$66 to now $102.
And looking at their financials,
their revenue has been on a steady upward trajectory.
They managed to grow their top line
from $1.2 billion in 2021 to $1.8 billion in last quarter,
which is very, very significant expansion.
And while revenue has been climbing,
they've also been tightening their belts.
Their gross profit margins have been steadily improving,
reaching now 31% in the most recent quarter,
which is a good step in the right direction
and a pretty decent margin for a manufacturer.
So what's the takeaway?
Keep a close eye on aerospace industry trends.
Haumet's success is tied to the demand
for more efficient aircraft
as the world is focused more on sustainability
and everything else.
And the lightweight materials will allow them
to be at the cutting edge of that aerospace technology.
The next stock has been on absolute terror.
And this Vistra, ticker symbol VST.
And as you can see,
it's up something like 256% since the beginning of 2022.
We called the last rally here quite nicely.
And the current one, we started at 119.
We're trading at 138 right now in trade vision.
Vistra is based in urban Texas
and it's a diversified electric utility
and power generation firm.
And they're not just keeping the lights on,
they're kind of the future of energy,
if you believe them.
And they've been making some rather big moves.
They announced plans to acquire
the remaining 50% interest in Vistra Vision.
And these guys are sort of all about
clean energy transition.
So they're retiring coal plants
and replacing them with natural gas,
significantly therefore reducing emissions
while keeping output reliable.
And they have plans to add another 2,000 megawatts
of gas-fueled power capacity in Texas.
Why?
They anticipate rising energy demand,
particularly from the AI sector.
And AI will need a heck of a lot more energy.
What about their numbers?
Last quarter showed a 20% growth in revenue,
which is pretty decent for an energy company.
Gross profit margin is improving to 42%,
which again is pretty impressive for an energy company.
And they're making money.
EBITDA last quarter was about $1.3 billion,
which is again pretty impressive for an energy company.
Next, let's shift our focus to another company
that's also lighting up the energy sector
brighter than, I don't know,
Winston's eyes just before dinnertime.
And the stock, of course, is Constellation Energy,
ticker symbol CEG.
And you might have heard of them of late,
possibly because the stock absolutely exploded
in mid-late September
and is still on this beautiful green tear up here.
And why?
They're the largest producer of carbon-free energy.
Now, don't get me started on the whole carbon thing.
I'll get off on a rant and, you know,
we lose 90% of the viewers.
But they are restarting.
Unit one of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Plant.
Now, if that name rings a bell,
it's because of the infamous 1979 incident.
But Constellation is turning that narrative on its head,
showing that yesterday's challenges
are apparently today's opportunities.
And here is where it gets really exciting.
Constellation inked a 20-year deal
with Microsoft to power their data centers.
The partnership isn't just about powering servers,
it's a testament to Constellation's commitment
to carbon-free energy.
And why do I make the funny speech marks
every time I hear the word carbon?
Because I think the carbon thing is a scam.
I think it narrowed pollution down to just one thing,
and that's a load of nonsense.
Yes, I think we should pollute a lot less,
but I don't think we should look at just carbon.
Now, who championed the carbon thing?
Well, Microsoft CEO,
former CEO and founder Bill Gates, of course,
who is also a massive proponent of nuclear energy.
And I have nothing against nuclear energy particularly,
but I'm just saying,
to make it sound like it's some green,
environmental, like, lovey thing
because it's carbon neutral,
is kind of bull****, isn't it, really?
Because, of course, there is the question
and the problem around the stuff that it generates,
the radioactive waste that nobody knows what to do with,
but that's been swept under the carpet.
So they managed to turn around
the whole anti-nuclear thing
by making it carbon neutral,
which is rather smart, isn't it?
So you got to always watch what good old Bill is up to
because he thinks decades ahead.
So this plant is going to generate
100% carbon-free electricity by 2040,
which is just wonderful, isn't it?
So what about the numbers of constellations?
Well, revenue is a bit volatile.
Recovered a bit last quarter to about 5.5 billion.
And they made about 800 million net profits last quarter,
which is very impressive,
a big turnaround from previous quarters.
And it's probably a good investment.
I think the world's going to go nuclear again,
hopefully, in the sense of energy
and not blowing things up.
Now, there is, of course, a company
that we've been talking about a couple of times this year.
And it's just too big to ignore
when you talk about AI.
It's, of course, piloted.
Absolute tear this year,
trading above $40 as I'm recording this.
And they just got added to the S&P 500,
the long-awaited moment
to be invited to the cool kids' table.
The markets loved it.
Stocks up 14% on the news.
And they're basically the dark horse in the AI race.
Their unique position in the AI landscape
is kind of like a secret weapon, I think.
So what have they done of late?
Well, they did deal with the US government
worth about $100 million
to enhance AI capabilities for military applications.
And I think that's just the very,
very tip of the iceberg there.
They've also extended partnerships
with energy giant BP,
who I believe bought a couple of percent of Palantir
when they started working with them.
That's how enamored they were with the software.
And Palantir describes the demand
for their artificial intelligence platform
as unprecedented.
So they seem to have created,
I don't know, sliced bread,
and everybody wants a piece.
So if you look at the numbers,
revenue has been on a nice climb,
27% up year over year.
Not too shabby for a company
that's been around for a while.
But the real shift, I think,
has come from becoming profitable.
So 2024, last quarter,
showed a net profit of $134 million,
which is a big deal for a company
that hasn't made money for many, many years.
So out of all of those,
well, I think there is a place for all of them.
I think there is a place
for a bit more diversification.
I think the real winners will be
the companies that benefit directly
and indirectly from AI.
I think every major company that deploys it
will find itself more efficient.
I think margins will go up.
I think the stock market overall is going to go up.
I think AI is just sort of like
when PCs were invented.
It just made all these companies
a lot more profitable,
and it's going to be marvelous for us shareholders
as long as we're invested.
Out of all of those,
I think the most exciting is definitely Palantir.
But the energy play, I think it's a good one.
I think the U.S. energy demand
is going to go absolutely through the roof.
And I'm excited to be invested.
I'm excited to be part of this.
If you want to come and learn
how we make money out of these plays,
I mean, trade vision is obviously
a good tool to play with.
But come and learn our rules and our structure
and our three-set beginner trading strategy,
which is something I give away this,
I want to say, Wednesday.
I think it's Wednesday, 9 p.m.,
if I'm not mistaken.
It might be Tuesday, 9 p.m.
You better check the link.
It's at phoenixfence.org training,
and I'll teach you for about 90 minutes or so
exactly what I do and how I do it
and how we're up 93% so far this year.
I don't promise you those returns,
but I promise to be transparent with you
about what I do.
If you enjoyed the video,
share it with a friend or a golden retriever,
and I hope to see you on the next one.
Winston and Felix here,
and we want to walk you through something
that's incredibly important,
and it is what makes most people lose money
or leave massive amounts of money on the table.
And it's avoidable if you really understand
the longer-term patterns
and what's going on out there,
and it doesn't get talked about enough.
