Vince McMahon, the iconic figure behind turning the WWE into a global sensation, has built
an empire that extends far beyond wrestling.
But it's not just his business that speaks of wealth.
His properties, well, they're just as legendary.
Back in 1976, Vince was seeking financial help, but by the 1990s, he had seriously turned
things around.
His luxury lifestyle includes limos, a private jet, yacht, and a Bentley.
And one of his most prized possessions is his mansion on Hurlingham Drive in Greenwich,
Connecticut, which he purchased for $25 million and is located just outside of the city.
The three-story estate boasts nine bathrooms, a gym, and a guest room, surrounded by tall
trees and open spaces.
The 10-acre property also has a swimming pool and designated conservation area.
Another one of Vince McMahon's properties is in Florida, a vacation home he purchased
in 2002 for around $2 million.
Vince converted the home into a two-story penthouse by acquiring the building's two
main floors.
Vince McMahon is well-known for taking over his father's business and transforming it
into a global empire, the WWE.
By purchasing various wrestling promotions across the US, he rebranded the WWF into a
worldwide phenomenon with the help of his daughter Stephanie, her husband Triple H,
and his son Shane.
However, despite his massive success, Vince's legacy has been clouded by scandal.
In 2022, he stepped down from his role as CEO of WWE amid serious allegations of paying
millions to silence claims of misconduct, but he later returned to the company in early
2023.
Despite it all, Vince McMahon's success allowed him to build an empire that extends
far beyond wrestling, and his properties are just as legendary.
He went from filing for bankruptcy in 1976 to becoming a billionaire by the 1990s.
One of his most prized assets is certainly his $25 million mansion on Hurlingham Drive
in Greenwich, Connecticut, which he named Conyers Farm.
Nestled on the city outskirts, this exclusive neighborhood is also home to other celebrities.
The three-story estate boasts six beds, nine baths, a gym, and separate guest quarters,
all surrounded by tall trees and expansive open spaces.
Visitors enter through grand white gates, drive along a long pathway, and are welcomed
by a fountain before reaching the large front door and garage.
In total, Vince's mansion spans over 12,400 square feet of space, and it's what you'd
imagine from his larger-than-life persona.
Built in a classic colonial style, the residence combines traditional architecture elegance
with modern-day amenities, offering a perfect balance of charm and grandeur.
Walking in the entrance of the mansion, it makes a bold statement with its impressive
double-height entry foyer.
This expansive space boasts twin-sweeping staircases, giving a dramatic first impression
that sets the tone for the rest of the home.
Moving inside, the mansion is full of luxury features.
The formal living room is set up with a stately fireplace, ideal for cozying up on New England
nights.
French doors line the room, flooding the space with natural light and offering access to
the surrounding gardens.
Nearby, the wood-paneled library or study offers a quieter spot to work or relax, with
its shelves of books.
Much like any mansion this grand, the outdoor spaces are just as impressive as the interiors.
The estate's backyard is a sanctuary with a two-level swimming pool and spa that adds
a resort-like feel to the property.
Tucked away within the estate is a charming conservatory, which only adds to the 10-acre
property's value.
Speaking of value, Vince's home was estimated to be worth $40 million back in 2006, and
that number has likely only gone up.
A door from Vince and his wife Linda's side of the house leads to two large gardens also
out back, one of which is set near the pool.
This Greenwich estate truly captures Vince McMahon's larger-than-life success, while
maintaining a sense of refined elegance.
With its classic colonial architecture, luxurious amenities, and vast grounds, it's a home
that perfectly reflects the man behind the WWE empire.
While that Connecticut mansion is Vince's main residence, he owns another property in
Boca Raton, Florida.
He and his wife Linda purchased this vacation home in 2002 for around $2 million.
In fact, they bought both the full 7th and 8th floor units in the waterfront building,
the Excelsior, and combined them into one sprawling two-level penthouse.
They also bought a private poolside cabana while they were at it.
While Vince keeps his residences very private, it is known that the Excelsior is one of Boca
Raton's top luxury oceanfront buildings.
Built in 2000, this 10-story gem is all about attention to detail, using some of the finest
materials from around the world to create an upscale living experience.
The Excelsior offers 28 multi-million dollar condos ranging from 2 to 4 bedrooms with floor
plans spanning between 3,600 to 5,000 square feet, meaning Vince's custom unit would
probably be double that size.
Each residence boasts private elevator access, grand foyers with French doors, beautiful
marble floors, and detailed crown moldings.
The gourmet kitchens are equipped with designer appliances and cabinets, as well as granite
countertops.
The homes also include media rooms, floor-to-ceiling hurricane-proof windows, and wraparound balconies
with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Lake Boca Raton.
For extra peace of mind, each unit comes with a high-end security system linked to 24-hour
building surveillance.
From his massive Greenwich mansion to his Florida vacation retreat, Vince McMahon's
real estate portfolio is as grand as his professional accomplishments.
Despite facing personal scandals that have recently clouded his public image a bit, his
properties prove his immense wealth and success over the years.
For today, that's going to bring this house tour to a close.
