AUTUMN PICKUPS (Uniqlo U, Athleisure, Wardrobe Organization & More)

Hello. Welcome to some Autumn Pickups, fellas. Today we have some Uniqlo U, we have wardrobe organization, athleisure, a ton of stuff. Let's talk about my fall pickups. So we're gonna start off with Uniqlo U Fall Winter 2024. I was gonna make a dedicated video, but I'm gonna be honest, I don't really like the collection all too much. They have some really good pieces like these ones right here, but the rest of the collection, I just wasn't really interested in. I just think that they've dropped better stuff in the past, but let me show you what I did get starting with this crossbody bag, aka the rebranded fanny pack with a cooler name. Now, of course, if you're gonna go with any crossbody bag or sling bag, you're better off going with black, but I would suggest trying out a colored one. This one is mustard yellow, because if you're uncomfortable with wearing colors, you wanna do something like what I'm doing right now with this colored vest. You wanna invest in smaller colored pieces, something like a crossbody bag, a vest that I'm wearing right now, headwear, little garments that are more affordable so that you can test the waters because a majority of us, even me, wearing fully colored garments is gonna take some time and experience. So that's why I like this. It's very low commitment and it doesn't take up much real estate on your fit, like a colored jacket or colored pants would. This is great for daily use. You can keep your extra power bank in there. And this is also good for a concert or a festival. You can keep all your important gear right there. Not gonna get pickpocketed. This crossbody bag is large enough to handle a switch for those longer commutes. There's also a front snap pocket. I would prefer a zipper pocket up front instead of the snap pockets, but luckily the main pocket is a zipper. Front pocket is where I keep my power bank, my headphones and all that, because it's easy access. And another pro, this thing is water repellent. So it's gonna keep your electronics safe. It's such a minimal design, but the color stands out a whole lot, especially on a gray scale fit, which is exactly how I like to style this. I would highly recommend. Now I got the single breasted coats and the puff tech vest, but I'll talk about that later because I got some training gear. It's currently not with me right now because I'm in the middle of a move. So my fitness gear is in my new place. This is gonna remain the office space, but I got three pieces, two from Aesthetic Revolution and a cap from Lululemon. So I love athleisure type of caps because they can go with basically any style and they absorb sweat more. They're easier to wash and handle. Y'all see me wearing this for Uniqlo C and that monochromatic look. A pure white cap is underrated. Of course, this is made for training so you can get some nice looking athleisure fits as well. Very premium and a whole lot of bang for the buck. You can wear this in more streetwear type of fits and with your athleisure type of fits for whenever you work out, which you should be working out. One of the best ways to look better in your clothes, but let's keep it moving with Aesthetic Revolution. So I have the shorts and the joggers. The shorts are just shorts, but what I dig about these is the subtle logo, the zipper pocket, comes with a phone pocket and there's a loop here to loop your shirt through it whenever you go for a run on a super hot day. I live in Vegas right now and bro, it's still like 90s out here. It's crazy, but luckily I'm visiting the Chi for a while. Anyways, with these shorts, you don't gotta wear boxes underneath because it does come with a spandex brief, which is where your phone goes. So this is a one-time wear per workout. Don't wear it multiple times, it's disgusting. And then we have their cargo joggers. This is the only time joggers are acceptable. I think joggers are a timeless look for athleisure outfits. When it came to regular clothes like the cargo joggers, the denim joggers, man, what a time that was. And it makes sense. The cuff just looks so good with runners and this one's a long cuff, so it's gonna stay looking nice all the time. This one also comes with water repellency, four-way stretch, you got zipper pockets, super important, very comfortable to wear and it looks really good. Let's get back to it. All right, so back to Uniqlo U, this right here is the Puff Tech vest. Now, this one is from the women's section. I know some people can get weird about that. It looks like any regular vest that I own. So when it comes to getting one for yourself, I would recommend sizing up. So this one is a size large and this vest is just awesome, man. Let me hang it up real quick. So they have three colors, black, brown, and a light yellow-green. I am a firm believer that vests are one of the best garments to layer with for the fall-autumn season. And nobody, not nobody, but not many people are wearing vests. And it's a shame. You should be ashamed of yourself if you don't have a vest. It means you're not taking my advice, guys. Come on. I might make a whole video on vests itself, but if you're just getting started, I would recommend starting off with a black one because we all have a black garment, a black hoodie, crew neck, a regular shirt. Just match the color of it to that and layer on top of it. You'll get a completely different shape and profile to your fit, especially from a side view, while keeping you warm. And just like the black vest, if you have any other color top, I would suggest matching the color of the vest to that top. So I like styling this with a brown hoodie, just throwing it on top of it. It adds instant texture. I also like styling this over this coat right here, which brings us to the next piece. Take that off. We have the single-breasted coats. Let me just hang it up here. You guys asked me a whole lot about that gray coat that I have. This is basically the exact same piece. However, they did upgrade it. It also comes with these snap buttons for the cuffs, just to change the shape of it. And it also has a hood attachment to it, which you can stow away. Now, it's not a stow away where you stow it away back here. You actually stow it in between where the label would be, which hides it really well. And that's super convenient. A much better piece. They have this one in brown and gray. So if you guys want that gray one that I've been wearing for years, I've had that since like 2020, 2021, you can get the exact same piece, but upgraded. I got the brown one because I don't need the gray one, obviously. And guess what, guys? This is also water repellent. Just like my gray one, it was water repellent, obviously, throughout the years. Not as water repellent, but this one comes water repellent. Of course, you have that rain hood right there. So this is great for light precipitation. You also get these pockets right here. Getting too strong, man. Anyways, these also come with a special pocket where there's a flap on top, so water doesn't get inside, but it does make it a little bit more difficult to get your hands in the pocket, but I think it's a cool trade-off. You do get an inside pocket, although it's not the best pocket. Now, with the adjustable cuffs, you can unsnap it. Then we can roll the sleeves of the jacket. I only like to do this if I'm wearing a white button-up. That way, you get some nice contrast and texture. But here they are side-by-side, the brown and the gray. Pretty much the same thing. I would suggest that you get the gray because it's such a versatile piece. Much more versatile than this would be, and you'll get more bang for the buck with that one. But if you're looking for a colored one, especially this brown one for the fall season, this would be a really good pickup. Now, up next isn't clothes, but it is clothing-related. I got a new clothing rack because, like I said, this is going to be my office space, so I have much more room to store my clothes. This one you can get on Amazon. It's very affordable, very sturdy, and super easy to build. I would suggest getting this clothing rack if you live in a bigger city with smaller space. You have two racks for your shoes. You can hang your clothes on it. There's a top rack. You can store some more things on it. And they have a whole ton of variations. I would suggest getting the V20. That would probably suit a lot of people. This clothing rack, super convenient. Another thing I picked up is another shoe horn. So I have basically two separate spaces now, so I need another shoe horn. This one is awesome because it extends. So you can defend your place if you want. I'm just playing. But this is for whenever you get a little old unk status. You can just stick it in, and then you can get your foot in super easily. Those of y'all that got back pain, this is pretty solid. But also, it's easy to travel with because you can extend it and collapse it. Can never go wrong with a shoe horn. I also picked up some fingerless gloves. I bought this for a specific video in the future, but also because I think it looks really cool. Now, fingerless gloves, they sort of are on the borderline of cosplay. But when it comes to the technical outfits, man, these look so good. I got two more pickups. This one is a pair of sneakers from 1587. Y'all know about this brand. The owners of this brand are the homies. And these sneakers are basically common projects. They're made out of Italian leather, super premium construction. And this one specifically has that gray suede. I love that detail. Has a subtle Asian flair to it. And it just looks so good, especially with those gray scale outfits that I'm always wearing. This is just the subtle cherry on top, that little gray right there. 1587 is a great brand. They have great sneakers. Check them out. Now, as our final piece, y'all might've seen it in my latest video, the fall essentials video. This is the cotton flannel Esna jacket. What I love about this is just the way it looks. It has a slightly cropped look. You have this denim herringbone type of fabric. So it's not pure blue. It's a really cool construction. And I love the gray undertones. So I always like to style this with gray pieces as well. So here you see me wearing it with some fried rice strapped cargoes. But also, because of this minimal look, you can wear this on a date or an event. You just throw on some trousers, some boots, looks so clean as well. So those are my fall autumn pickups.
