What not to do when she pulls away! There's a good chance you've arrived at today's video because you're wondering what to do when she pulls away. Today we're specifically discussing what NOT to do when she pulls away. These are common mistakes men make when women pull away. When someone pulls away it's understandably a very difficult time to go through. You might be worried she's losing interest or no longer likes you. You may even be thinking of breaking up with her on impulse but that's definitely not the way to go. Being aware of the pitfalls of decisions, before you make them, is vital. So whether it be her ignoring you, not responding to your text messages, general pulling away behaviour, be sure to follow today's tips before doing anything!
When a woman pulls away, she is making a conscious decision to cut off her emotions and it's going
to feel like the faucet of love has been turned off. She kind of does a stonewall effect and it's
confusing for you guys and there are some things that you can do that actually make the situation
a lot worse. So if you want to get yourself out of this awkward feeling with a woman that's
ignoring you, follow the tips from today's video. The most important thing to understand and to
summarize all of this video is women will pull away to test your reaction. For example, if she
thinks that you don't like her and you are displaying behavior which makes her feel that you
are not interested, she will pull away to see if you panic. Therefore she will know if you like her
or not. Or it could be she's trying to punish you because you did something wrong that upset her.
So let's talk about it. You chase her. Despite what you think, I get it she's run away and you
feel that you need to grasp onto that thing that has run away from you. But from a universal aspect,
if you always give a reason to chase something, well then the universe is going to make that thing
to continue to run away from you. Therefore you stop this cycle and stop trying to claim her
validation. The goal here is to get that woman to stop ignoring you and to come back by making her
believe she's missing out on you. So regardless of her testing, you need to stop running. This means
stop calling her, stop texting, stop putting up secret quotes on Instagram that you know she's
going to understand. Instead you have to adopt the mindset that you are okay if she ignores you
because you will still continue to be awesome and live your life without her. Look it's gonna hurt,
you're gonna feel so overwhelmed with pain, but as soon as she realizes that her pulling away
isn't giving her what she wants, she will come back. You make her feel she's more valuable if
you chase her. So if you don't, you maintain your high value position and let her know that look
babe you can run off, don't expect me to chase you. This is going to make her feel insecure.
And if we think about it, this behavior from a long-term aspect makes her realize that the
first couple of times when she decides to do her distance act and she realizes it's not going to
work, she will stop doing that. And if she continues to do it, it's not healthy and you're
not going to win in the relationship. Stop doing the romantic gestures. Let's take the example that
you have done something wrong. Maybe you haven't realized what it is that you did, you don't know
what you've said that upset her, so in this moment she's pulling away because she wants space. And if
you turn up to her front door or send her a bouquet of flowers, it's going to aggravate her more and
make the situation far worse. Hollywood makes out that you turn up to her front door with flowers
and chocolates and everything will be okay. It won't. Remember you want to stop chasing her and
this is chasing behavior. So don't send her any flowers, don't send her any gifts at all, which
leads me to proclaiming your love. You might think that telling her that you love her is going to get
her to come back, but she already knows that you love her. She's just angry at something that you
did or said, because we can all be in a mood with someone that we still love, right? So in this
moment, don't tell her how much you miss her and how much you admire her and that you've never
really valued her enough before. From a psychological aspect, women love to be the chaser in the
relationships. And we do have a video dedicated to why women like the chase, so don't reinvent the
wheel, just listen to the following sentence. Do not chase women. And if you guys are already in a
long-term relationship and you telling her that you love her is going to make her feel that like,
dude, I know you love me, like what are you doing? This is really weird. And you make the situation
work because she will turn around and think, why are you telling me that you love me when I already
know that you do? And by doing that, you come across a little bit insensitive because you're
Convincing through an apology. Have you ever had an argument with a woman and you would say,
I'm really sorry for what I did. And then she asks you straight away with a very straight face
and she says, sorry for what? And then you're left confused thinking, wow, what do I say?
If you don't know what you're apologizing for, you're not going to win this game.
If she pulled away because you did or said something wrong, you may feel that you need to
However, if you want really apologizing, it's not going to work in your favor. You've got to
remember women are more emotional than you are. So they are not affected by your actions. They
are affected by how your actions made them feel. So apologizing and saying, sorry, I was busy
playing games and didn't answer your calls for five hours. Instead, you need to apologize and
say, I'm sorry that I ignored your call. And you thought that I was ignoring you and I hurt your
So in short, if you did something wrong, apologize, but make sure you offer an apology,
which lets her know you understand how she feels. Breaking up with her. We are entering
into toxic relationship boundary status right now. If you threaten the relationship when she pulls
away, this is bad. You may feel that by unleashing that the relationship is going to end, you're
going to get her running back to you when really it shows that you are insecure and you are unhappy
that you aren't getting your own way. Plus, if you really love this woman, you wouldn't be saying
that. It's a very immature thing to do. And if a woman hears you say those words, she might think,
well, if you're willing to just break up right now, does that mean you didn't actually love me?
And there you go. You've made the situation a lot worse because you aren't actually solving the
problem of why she pulled away. You're just creating a new problem. Being passive aggressive.
Look, I get it. You are hurt. She's offended you. You feel disrespected. And it feels as if your
heart has been ripped out of your chest. But that does not mean you should punish her for
this behavior. As far as you are aware, you have done something wrong that you haven't realized.
So by being passive aggressive and refusing to answer her calls and being rude to her
is manipulation. And it's only going to make this whole situation worse. I once had an experience
where I have avoided a boyfriend that I was talking to. He was very inappropriate with one of
my best friends. And my best friend came up to me and said, your boyfriend has been flirting with me.
He's also sent me this message over on Instagram. So naturally, I'm like, oh, that's a boundary
breaker. He shouldn't be doing that. So I thought he has to know what he's done. He knows he's
broken the relationship. So I was like, you know what? I'm not going to talk to you for a couple
of days. And then he sent me love notes. He hand wrote them and posted them through my letterbox.
And I just remember opening up and reading them and kind of laughing at it and thinking, well,
buddy, you don't love me because if you loved me, you wouldn't be flirting with another girl,
obviously. So that made me want to end the relationship more. If he didn't send me that
love note, I might have been more willing to talk to him about it. But the fact that I thought that
he was lying to me again just to get his own way, it just made me want to end things. And as it
turns out, as I broke up with him, he still tried to get with my best friend. And I just thought,
wow, that's a lucky escape. So naturally, you're going to be asking yourself right now, but Anna,
what do I do in this situation? And the most easiest sentence I can give you is do nothing.
Let her have her space. Remember how at the start of the video, I told you that you want her to feel
like she's missing out on you. Give her the fear of FOMO. So what that means is stop calling,
stop texting her. Don't tell her that you love her. Just let her do her thing. You carry on with
your awesome life. That means going out with your friends, uploading some fun pictures on social
media to let her know that you still have a life to live. So if she can see that the fact she's
walked away doesn't actually bother you, she's going to come running back thinking, oh, no,
maybe he doesn't actually like me. And that's how you get your lady to come back. But this goes
without saying, you do have to apologize if you did something wrong. If you think I missed
