Hanfu Girl in Melbourne/Australia

I wore Hanfu for the first time eight years ago. In early 2016, I brought Hanfu and all related traditional cultural things with me. When I go to class, I actually wear Hanfu too. But every teacher will ask me, what kind of clothes are you wearing? I will be reluctant to explain to them. This is Chinese Hanfu. Many people may have misunderstood that Hanfu is not the clothing of the Han Dynasty. Hanfu is actually the clothing of our Han people. The knowledge of each dynasty is not the same. But they are all called Hanfu. When I was free, I made a theme video. It's called Daka, 100 Corners of Melbourne. I wore Hanfu. The purpose is to let more people see this kind of thing. I want to spread this through my body. Many people wear Hanfu, but they don't know how to wear it. I will mix Hanfu with a suit and a shirt. I will wear it when I go to work. Let foreigners see that this is a kind of Chinese clothing. I'm not doing this alone. We have a club called the Chinese Cultural Association. There are more than 100 people in our group. But I don't know how many people are actually in Melbourne. What we are doing now is a kind of cultural rejuvenation. We want to inherit and keep the traditional things. It may be a small thing to wear such a suit. But I want to explain to more people on the way. Then the culture can be passed on. I think I'm more of a traditional culture person. Because I not only like Hanfu. I also like traditional Chinese medicine and calligraphy. I can feel that people are more and more accepted to culture in recent years. At first, many people thought this was a group of people coming out to shoot. But now people say this person is wearing Hanfu. It's definitely an Asian traditional kind of culture piece. I would say the same thing. It's very beautiful. I was just talking to her. She told me this is from the Ming Dynasty. It's very lovely. Very beautiful. Very traditional style. I would think it's pretty cool. It's a lot more interesting than what I wear. Very eye-catching. Good colors. I like it a lot. I hope that one day, when we are on the road, people will no longer say, is this a Chinese costume or a Hanfu costume? Everyone can firmly say, oh, this is a Chinese costume. This is Hanfu.
