Victor Wembanyama Goes OFF For 29 PTS In Close Finish Against The Rockets! | October 26, 2024

18.7 rebounds in the opener against the Mavs for Champagny. Here's Alperin Shangun against Wenbin Yama. Step through and Victor says, get out of here! Oh, Shangun trying to get physical. Got that shot blown up. Champagny at three. Yo, baby! Chris Paul telling Victor, hey, you've got to get up on that one. Can't allow a bad leap just to get a wide open look. And that's the leadership from Chris Paul. It doesn't matter who you are, he's going to jump on you. Wenbin, oh! This is, yeah, this is definitely from the logo. That is deep. Houston's four of five from downtown to start. Wenbin, the response. Puts on it! And Victor brings a different level of punch. Use that one from the logo. He's dancing on Shangun on the perimeter. Drops him off of the milk, a three ball. And he is joining us right now. Jacob Tobey, Sean Elliott, and the GOAT, Bill Land, in the building. Yeah, how about this? Again, he's taking his time. Nice ball fake, a little step through it. Not many players are going to block that one. Jacob Tobey, Sean Elliott, and the great Bill Land. Wenbin! Impressive, impressive. Victor just continues to run. Down the left side of the floor, no one picks him up. See, all eyes on Chris Paul, and that's as easy as it gets. I like it. That's something that we wouldn't have seen a lot of last year, and now we're going to see a steady diet of lobs, alley-oops. Against Thompson. They've overloaded everybody on the right side of the floor. Wenbin fading. I was about to say, he's got to get a shot here in the third. Rockets coming off of a game last night against the Grizzlies. Wenbin putting people in blenders. Yes, sir! Nice spin move. Pulls it right through the defense, and look at Thompson backing up there. Oh, showing the boys. Castle with six on the shot clock. Wenbin with two. Step back for Victor. Oh, excellent, Brooks. The enemy here tonight. Up to him on a silver platter. Trying to flip it up there, and Victor beats it up. Took a lot of time. Two seconds. Wenbin, the last second pass, and Castle missed it. Here's Victor. Makes the pass, and he stays in to clean up the mess.
