SLIDE AND SLALOM TRICK WITH INLINE SKATES // One Trick By Pablo Soler

I have a wonderful electronic invention I want you to see.
It looks something like this.
My name is Ricardo Lino and I'm a wheel addict.
Just like most of you guys watching this, I'm one of those that is constantly on the phone and
I do work with social media so watching stuff on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,
it's something that I do on a daily basis.
The other day I was watching something on my phone and I saw a friend of mine,
a Spanish friend of mine, Pablo Soler, you might know him.
He's very known for his slides, he's really good at downhill,
he's one of the the guys from the Powerslide team
and he was doing some sort of slide mixed with slalom.
He had two cones and he was doing a slide while avoiding the cones.
Check this out.
It's pretty cool, huh?
So I saw that I was like, dude, that would be really, really sick to do it.
So I don't know if I can, but I got the cones, I got the skates and I want to try it.
So guess what?
He was trying it on a different frame.
Pablo was trying it on the newest downhill frame from Powerslide.
It's a four wheels frame, it has two 125s in the edges and two 110s in the middle.
It might be a lower frame than this because the middle wheels are 110
and it has four points of contact with the floor.
There's like four wheels sliding which gives a little bit more control
but at the same time, having three wheels might allow me to slide more distance.
So I don't know, it might just be nonsense.
So I'm going to put my skates on and I'm going to try it.
These are my micro delta F skates and I'm skating with some different wheels.
These wheels, I'll be making a video about these ones soon.
These ones are not on the market yet.
They have an aluminium hub but it's not a common aluminium hub inline skating wheel.
Okay, skates are on.
Now let me just warm up with a few slides and then we'll see how it goes.
No idea what's gonna happen here.
Okay, I've done a few slides and I even fell.
Check this out.
It wasn't too bad.
Now I'm gonna first try to just do the first cone which would be the easiest part
which is just basically when you slide just do this.
Now the hardest part that I can imagine is the crossing and let's see, let's see how it goes.
I'm gonna put the cones and wish me good luck.
Dude, I'll get there.
Let me try to put this in slow-mo so you can see it.
That is nothing perfect but well, I have to admit that I'm actually quite happy.
This, the way that Pablo did, I had respect for Pablo but after trying it, dude, this is not easy.
I don't know like, I know that some people wax the floor or use different surfaces.
This surface actually slides good.
The wheels, well, the wheels are good.
I was in a good time of the day.
Like if you do it when it's hot, it's a bit more slippery and yeah, I had a shorter wheelbase.
I don't know how he did with such a long wheelbase.
I don't know and that's perfect, dude.
Anyway, if you're watching this, if you know how to slide, try this out.
You will understand what I'm talking about.
Difficulty, I know there's a lot of slides that you can do like the one-footed slides,
backslides and acids and unities and all that.
Like one-footed, like one-wheel slide and all that stuff.
But this thing, I can do a lot of those but this thing is like, it's a different level.
That's all I can tell you.
Try it and then you'll see what I'm saying.
And that's it, man.
I hope you guys enjoyed this video.
If you did enjoy this video, do not forget to subscribe to the channel.
If you like it, thumbs up.
If you didn't like it, well, let me know what you didn't like about this video
and you know what?
Like I always say, just don't forget why we all started skating and that is because it's fun.
Cheers and see you soon.
Try it out.
Oh, this slalom thing is not easy.
Yeah.
