Yelena Minova.
There you go.
She looked that up on Wikipedia.
So tell us about Yelena.
And we got to see some awesome fight scene footage.
That was one of the first days on set.
It was like, oh hey guys.
It was like, hey, nice to meet you.
I'm just going to choke you.
Basically trying to kill one another for the next five days.
And that's what we did.
And now we love each other.
I need to air it out.
I play Yelena and it's like Natasha's sister figure.
It was quite heightened and heated.
And it was an exciting first scene to shoot.
And actually to see the reaction.
We were clutching each other when we were watching the video on the massive screen.
It was like...
Florence is my safety blanket.
That's a good thing to have.
I know.
They're very sweet on set.
I came on set the other day and they were holding hands.
They walked away from the scene.
I was like, these guys are really bonded.
They're beating the crap out of each other.
Sometimes you just have to break a plate over somebody's head.
Sometimes you just have to waterboard someone and then you're fine.
It's no more.
Somebody from Marvel company carries you away.
Tell us a little bit about the character that you play.
A little what?
A little, just a little, I don't know, romantic frisson.
Two people who come from similar backgrounds who meet in random places.
Exactly.
Heavy machinery.
It sounds hot already.
Lots of artillery.
I think it looks like a Kate Shortland movie.
And that, I think, is the best way to kind of sum it up.
Very well said.
Yeah, yeah.
Hear, hear.
I think that's what makes her such a great heroine.
And I think...
Can you tell us a little bit about Yelena?
Is this, yeah, it is working.
Yeah, I'm playing Yelena.
Sister figure to Natasha.
This is my first Comic-Con and it's totally nuts to be here.
With these people, with this film.
I can't even see the back of the room, which is nuts.
I'm so excited to be a part of this family in our film and the MC universe.
And I guess you'll have to watch the film to figure out the next bit.
Nominees, Florence Pugh and Scarlett Johansson,
nominated in the same category in one instance
and best friends it looks like in real life.
Yeah, we'll start fighting when the cameras go down.
That's what we do for our job.
We fight each other and then we make up.
You were so happy to see Scarlett just now.
Yeah, I was.
She's my big sister.
And the last time that I saw her, it was the BAFTA night
and it was an unthinkable hour.
So the first question, she was like, are you okay?
Are you alive?
What I'm watching right now is you so happy to be here.
You're happy to be here.
I feel like the night is already made for the both of you.
It's all a win-win.
I know, we get to go to all the parties together too.
Yeah, we feel like we are.
Everybody was saying, actually, if I was nervous,
but I feel like I won just to be here.
We're here and we're dressed and that's all that matters.
In so many jewels.
I'll let you say goodbye and hello to your Marriage Story co-star,
Scarlett Johansson, Florence Pugh.
There's Adam Driver.
This is crazy.
And you were talking to Scarlett Johansson.
I see you're having a wonderful time already.
I love her.
She's such an amazing woman.
How does it feel being here tonight, being nominated?
I have to say, my nerves have been reduced
after having a wonderful hug with her.
Well, obviously Scarlett, because I feel like I've learned a lot from her already.
And that sequence that you saw was one of the first things that we shot together
and it was one of those cool moments where I go to set for the first week.
Hello, Marvel fans.
I'm Scarlett Johansson.
And I'm Florence Pugh.
And I'm so excited to be joining the amazing women of MCU.
From Pepper Potts to Gamora.
From Peggy Carter to Captain Marvel.
To all of us from Black Widow.
Here's to another 10 years of kick-ass women.
Happy International Women's Day.
Fighting Scarlett Johansson.
It's pretty cool.
What's the heart?
I knew how to move and I knew how to land
and I knew how to play with Scarlett and just tackle her,
which she loved.
I got some really nice advice from Scarlett.
I was telling her that I was really tired
and that I was going to take a break.
And I remember her saying,
Why?
Work.
And I was like,
Yeah, no, no, but I just want a little holiday.
And she goes,
No, no, no, have your holiday.
She was like,
But these are the times where people are going to want to work with you.
So work as much as you can and then you can rest later.
And I was like,
That's actually quite good.
Work whilst you can.
So to briefly describe the scene that you guys showed in Hall H,
it was a fight scene.
It was me and Scarlett fighting over the last cookie.
And yeah, it was really cool watching it on such a big screen.
And me and Scarlett were like holding each other.
We were like,
That's us!
I don't know.
In all honesty, it was so numbing.
Scarlett and I were watching.
We walked down the back side of the stairs
and we were just holding each other, watching the big screen.
And my heart was going so fast and her heart was going so fast.
We were both just cradling each other.
And it was one of those surreal moments where
it was just as exciting for us to watch it on that screen
with that audience as it was, I'm sure, for them.
So in all honesty, going back up on stage, that was all.
I wasn't really focused.
I was just taking it all in.
