The best organization tools to make you want to open your fridge.
This video is about the best products for storing liquid condiments in the refrigerator.
They are so good that it made me want to replace my condiment containers for the first time in a long time.
There are also some products that I will never want to replace, even after years of use.
I'll show you the best storage items that will make the inside of your fridge easier and more comfortable to use.
Check the product details in the description.
A cooking seasoning container that can be used on the door side.
These are the DULTON oil pots that I have shown you before.
I've been using these as condiment containers in the fridge.
It is made of glass and stainless steel.
This is the most stylish product.
I can easily open this with one hand and close it by removing my finger.
However, the lid is a little heavy and makes a metallic noise.
I have had almost no complaints about this as any liquid that drips out goes back in.
But actually, I wanted to put two more DULTON containers in here, but I could only fit four.
So I've been thinking about a solution for a long time.
I have to lift it to get it out.
This gets a little heavy when filled with liquid, so I'd like to improve that if possible.
I will change where I store these to make them easier to use.
I will also show you some of my favorite bottles that I have found.
First, I tried temporarily placing these on the door side instead of in the drawer.
The handle sticks out a little so it can easily get caught on the door on the other side.
However, if you cook a lot, it's easier to store your condiments on the door side.
I stored these on a higher shelf and it looked neater.
I found it easier to take these out if I put them on the middle shelf.
And these are the new CB JAPAN oil bottles.
This is so beautiful and it's been a while since I've found something I like.
This is made of glass.
And best of all, it's made from heat-resistant glass.
This is also suitable for boiling water sterilization and dishwasher.
That is definitely an advantage.
I can pour the condiment with one hand and close the lid when I release my finger.
This hole allows any dripping liquid to drain back inside.
So the liquid won't drip onto the table.
I can open it by twisting the lid.
The mouth is relatively wide, making it easy to refill.
It's quite slim so it doesn't take up much space in the fridge.
This fits into any space in your fridge that's reserved for bottles.
Arranging these vertically makes it look neater.
This is similar to a DULTON container, but the handle is different.
DULTON containers have stylish handles made from stainless steel.
This is very nice.
But the plastic handle feels better to the touch.
The sides of the handle are slightly rounded, making it easier to hold when the bottle is full and heavy.
This one is lightweight because the lid is made of plastic instead of glass.
I can lift the lid with very little effort.
The lids of DULTON containers are made of stainless steel, so they are a bit heavy.
So I have to use a little bit of force to lift the lid.
This spring is stronger, so I feel the weight while opening the lid and pouring the liquid.
This one is lighter so I can pour the liquids more easily.
It weighs 293g.
On the other hand, the DULTON container weighs 365g.
Another difference is the spout.
The spout of the DULTON container is somewhat narrow.
On the other hand, this one is quite large.
It's very convenient because even mirin doesn't get clogged in the spout.
However, some reviews have noted that if the liquid is not poured gently, it will come out all at once.
I will show it to you.
As a result, I found I could pour both small and large amounts of liquid.
So this is absolutely fine.
This one is a little taller.
And this one is just a little bit slimmer.
So now I can store more containers in their desired locations.
By the way, this was the first one I used and it's made by the same manufacturer as FRESH LOK.
I can open the lid with one hand.
Another advantage is that the lid does not move when liquid is poured into it.
I push the lid back on myself after pouring the liquid.
It's very light as all the parts are made of plastic.
However, this is not dishwasher safe.
Also, they are thick and short, so only three could fit in my fridge.
This is great for places where height is limited.
Compared to the container I showed you earlier, this is so different.
I prefer tall containers for liquid condiments.
So I replaced this container with a DULTON container, and now I've replaced it with this one.
It's the third replacement in six years.
I decided to use this bottle, which originally contained seasoning, to fill it with oil, in accordance with its original and correct use.
I store herb infused oils and sesame oil in this container, which I don't use every day.
I store them in a drawer.
When I store the containers in a drawer, it becomes a hassle because it requires an extra step to use them.
But I can open it with one hand so it's not a hassle.
I can take it out with one hand and open the lid right away.
I just need to tilt this, so it's convenient.
This drawer contains many stainless steel items.
So, by using an oil container made of the same material, the inside of the drawer looks much neater.
I keep the oils I use every day in IWAKI bottles.
I can't open this one handed.
So I have to use my other hand to open the lid to pour the oil.
Although it takes an extra step, I still recommend this to you.
This is because it has a simple, straight design.
It is made of glass and stainless steel.
It's stylish and doesn't look like cooking utensils.
This is elegant and looks great even when left out.
The capacity is 250ml.
To keep the oil from going bad, I always fill it half full and top it off as it gets low.
DULTON containers are also made of glass and stainless steel, so it looks great to leave them out in the kitchen.
However, even when the container is half full, the oil is already 250ml, which is too large for my household.
So I don't use it in the sun.
This may be a good thing for larger households as they will use it up quickly.
This is perfect for storing oil.
A table condiment container that can be used on the door side.
This is a dressing bottle from HARIO.
This is made of heat-resistant glass, so it is dishwasher safe and can be sterilized with boiling water.
The lid is made of silicone and has a wide spout.
I only have to push the lid in a little bit, so it's very easy to remove.
When I pour the liquid out, the lid won't come off.
The lid closes just right.
The bottle is so pretty and I've been using it for a long time and really enjoying it.
I put all my table condiments in this.
However, this is not suitable for thick dressings.
This isn't a good idea for thicker consistency dressings like Thousand Island dressing, which won't come out when you turn the container upside down.
As a rough guide, this can be used without any problems for liquids with a viscosity similar to sesame sauce for SHABUSHABU.
It holds 240-250ml of liquid.
This one is slim and tall so I can fit a lot in the fridge.
If I were to store my condiments in their original bottles it would look something like this.
The bottles are different heights and thicknesses, so it's difficult for them all to fit in.
But when I refill them into the same bottle, it creates more room.
If I put them in the fridge it is more noticeable.
In this state, only four bottles can fit inside.
I end up putting any bottles that don't fit in there in front of it.
I replaced them with tall bottles of the same size and now all seven condiments fit in one place.
The space in front of it is empty so I can put other things in there.
I originally kept liquid condiments in the middle shelf of the door.
For example, it would be vinegar or soy sauce served at the table.
However, I would end up putting various things in the empty space, making it difficult to grab or find things at the back.
So I'm going to move them to the bottom shelf now.
I finished transferring them.
They fit perfectly in two rows because of the dividers.
This way there is no extra space to store unnecessary items and they are easier to access.
I will also refill the cooking seasonings I showed you earlier into this.
I keep the soy sauce and cooking sake I use often close at hand.
Even if I store them with plenty of room to spare, it looks like this.
I've put the label here.
But I usually use the three condiments closest to me, so I can quickly grab them without looking at the labels.
This is before changing the container.
This is the state after replacing the container, which looks neat and tidy.
A spice container that can be used on the door side.
These are FRESH LOK spice containers.
There are two types of containers: one with five holes and one with one hole.
There are many different spice containers available in the market.
I've used a variety of containers over the years, but I prefer clear ones so I can see what's inside.
It is also important that the lid is easy to open and does not move even when the container is turned upside down.
Additionally, I like containers that allow me to close the lid with one hand.
I find this type of container to be the easiest to use.
The spices used in each household will be completely different.
Lately I've been storing powdered sugar and curry powder in these containers.
I also add parsley to this, which I often use to add color.
And I also put SHICHIMI in this, which is convenient.
I also add herb salt to this.
Additionally, I've included my favorite brand, SANSHO.
This is rosemary.
I use double this amount and it stays in the fridge.
These look so cute and I get excited every time I open my fridge.
I struggled with how many of each of these two types of containers I should buy.
But it was actually simple.
The rosemary is a little large.
In addition, basil and cumin are too large for the five-hole container, so I use a single-hole container.
Parsley is finely chopped, but a single-hole container is best for it.
And then the whole powder, like curry powder, I put in a five-hole container.
If you use a large amount of curry powder, use a container with one hole.
SHICHIMI, herb salt, chili pepper.
SANSHO, powdered sugar, cinnamon.
I store these granules and powders in a five-hole container.
Only herb salt can be stored in a single-hole container without any problems.
At first glance, the single-hole container appears to have slightly less capacity.
But I can also put the herb salt in a single hole container.
I also put curry powder in a single-hole container, so I end up with roughly the same number of each type of container.
As a result, it may be a good idea to buy half each of the two types of containers.
I keep some fairly large chili peppers in my CHABATREE spice bottle.
I have them arranged like this.
Now the right side of the door is complete.
Of course, I also attach great importance to aesthetics.
It's functional and easy to use, so even I, who hates cooking, can use it comfortably.
I feel good every time I open my fridge.
Also, these are easy to use and don't create a mess, which is nice.
I encourage you to use these.
FURIKAKE or syrup containers can be used on the door side.
These are smaller versions of HARIO's dressing bottles.
Of course, these are also made from heat-resistant glass and are dishwasher safe.
I can unscrew the silicone lid.
The holes are large enough that I can pour the condiments easily.
So, I'm putting FURIKAKE in this one.
This is powdered cheese.
This is maple syrup.
The liquid does not drip, so the container does not get sticky.
This is suitable for all syrups.
The silicone part is available in black and light grey.
I keep these on the top left door.
I can make the most of the space up to the maximum height.
These are also easy to use, so I've been using the same ones for a long time.
A tube-type seasoning container that can be used on the door side.
Look at the middle section of the left door.
This is marna's butter case.
Are you also wondering where to put your butter case?
The lid comes off so it takes up a surprising amount of space.
But when I turn it upside down, the lid won't come off.
So I solved the problem by standing it upright.
I use the cutter on the inside of the lid to cut the butter into any size I like.
I can always cut the butter with ease.
Lately, I've been cutting butter into 5g portions in advance using a LEYE cutter.
And I keep it in the case in its original packaging.
I store my containers upright, so without this paper the butter would stick to the lid.
So these days I just keep it in the case in its original packaging.
There is no other butter case with a lid that closes as tightly as this one.
What's more, it's light, pleasant to the touch, and simple.
I really like this.
I store ketchup upright.
I keep condiments in here that don't need to be stored in a separate container, like Tabasco.
These are condiments in tubes.
I store butter and mayonnaise upright in this case.
I'll show this to you.
There are often cases that can be attached to doors to hold tube-shaped condiments.
However, it came off easily and didn't fit my fridge.
Also, it didn't look pretty.
So I store all the tube-type condiments that are likely to fall over in this case.
I can't remember where I bought this so it's no help to you.
The dividers are intersecting, so this is surprisingly easy to use.
I put milk in the bottom.
I buy drinks on an irregular basis, so I leave this section open.
A storage container that can be used on the front.
I'll also show you the storage containers I use in my refrigerator.
These are the DALOPLAST I have shown you many times in the past.
These come in several different sizes and are thin and stackable, making them easy to store.
It gets so bulky when I use multiple different containers.
But when I use the same type of thin container, I can store the same amount of food much more neatly.
This container is easy to open and dishwasher safe.
These are the CHARMY CLEAR ones that I showed you in a video a while back.
These are great for storing small leftovers.
They are stackable and are heat and acid resistant.
I keep these on a tray in the fridge.
The refrigerator section is now complete.
Adult living style.
What did you think of this?
Your refrigerator will be neat, beautiful and easy to use.
You will want to open your fridge and feel good every time you do.
I have shown you the best in-fridge storage products.
This new product is good and makes me want to replace the container for the first time in a while.
But I also like the stainless steel containers, so in the end it didn't make a big difference.
This can be said to be the final form.
I hope this video helps you choose storage items for your refrigerator.
