You know those silly women that ride their cars into metro stations because Google Maps told them to? I’ve always chuckled about those type of women. Funny story: Now I’ve become one of them. Not driving a car into a metro station. But riding a motorbike onto a beach, expecting to miraculously cross a gigantic Brahmaputra river. And Google Maps shouting at me: "TAKE THE FERRY!". Riding through thick sand on a beach was a first with my Royal Enfield Himalayan. Can't say it went very smoothly, but that was probably mostly due to my own riding (non-)skills...

Good morning internet it is eight o'clock in the morning and welcome to my channel
I'm having a bit of a late start today because my room appeared to be next to a mosque
so I woke up at 5 am by some lovely lovely chanting. Today I'm riding to a place called
which is in the next state in India and that state is called Meghalaya so I'm gonna pack my stomach up
So this is what happens when you type your destination into google maps and
follow it blindly you end up on a beach with a lot of people looking at you and the only
boat that was going to my destination had the tiny little ramp the other ramp looked better but
yeah that boat wasn't going where I was supposed to go so yeah I just had this very vivid vision
of Basanti falling off the ramp and drowning herself on the beach so yeah I had not really
any other option than to just track back follow the road and take the first bridge across so
yeah shit happens
so I made it to Tura by bridge and I'm staying in this cute cute little tree house
