to answer a question that gets asked a lot. Can I settle my SBA loan? And the answer,
as is the case with many things in life, is it depends. It depends on primarily what type of
loan you have, because that's going to dictate whether it's possible at all. But then beyond
that, even if you have a loan type that currently does allow for offer and compromise, whether or
not you're going to settle it or not, it's going to depend on what type of loan you have.
