[Music] Hallelujah Jesus loves you and he loves me too and he's on the throne and he hasn't forgotten his promises to you they are yes and amen we get to rule and reign with him according to Ephesians 2 the things that we do here on Earth are going to determine what we do there with him uh in the millennial Reign God is so good and why do I come in your home every single day to remind you God is good he's a good good father Jesus has done it all from the cross he said it is finished to tell us die and the Holy Spirit is our everpresent help he is our teacher he is our holy friend he is our comforter um he is amazing and he he wants to help if we'll ask him and then get out of the way and Listen and Obey so listen we're we're so blessed we couldn't be any more blessed there's this one big problem the enemy but it's really not a problem because he's been defeated but he does bother us from time to time and that is why we need the body of Christ and God assigns different people in the body to do different functions and different jobs different roles and different responsibilities and one such person is Mike shrie and his beautiful wife Elizabeth they have served and serviced and loved and cared for and led and blessed the body of Christ Christ for almost 50 years and they have produced so many books materials their speakers their podcasters they're authors they're evangelists and they help and we need help right so that we can live out this Earthly Journey successfully so here we go with Christianity 101 how many of you have read owned or had the prayer of JZ come on raise your hand if you didn't go get it however that that's not what this show is about there is another book that is very similar to if not better than the prayer of Jaz that Mike sh authored in service to him curing cancer the Natural Way curing AIDS curing with plants curing with simple nutrition living water and nutrition according to God the way God provided it to us and it's just such a delight to be here today and and show you those simple strategies and and translate translate um nature for you so you can see the Beauty and the gift of all of it according to Jesus Christ and I'm just delighted and blessed that I was gifted the ability to do that for the last 44 years well it's a joy to have Mike shrie back today he is an incredible Kingdom man book of Acts man and just has such a heart for God's people now I was introduced to him through his book called 65 promises to pray for your children if you do not have that if you're a parent or a grandparent or a Titi or a too you have got to get that it is a GameChanger and so that I loved but I also like little tiny books that are powerful and potent and passionate and have promises and principles and Supernatural results and that can fit in your purse this is one such book and uh we weren't sure what we were going to talk about today because he does have 17 books but when he mentioned this I saides let's talk about this book it was number one on the Amazon bestseller list when it came out listen we in this time that we live in have got to pray pray at all times with All supplications In All Seasons with all manner of prayers and you are going to get so recharged and um excited about your prayer life again on today's program Mike thank you so much it is so so good to be here again Shin well I like to claim you as a Tampa boy because you've had so many Supernatural encounters here although you're in Tennessee now but my roots to a degree are right here in Tampa where I got saved yeah so it's a big deal yeah and and it's where I learned the power of prayer yeah because it was a church here in Tampa committed to prayer so committed to prayer they had the praying hands revolving on the roof of the building wow and it was called House of Hope with Bertha Madden and they read in the newspaper how I was teaching yoga at four universities yeah and at the time I had about 300 students who considered me their Guru and I was very deeply involved in Eastern religions they read that article and they said not on our watch and they pinned that article from the Tribune on their uh prayer board yeah and then assigned somebody to be praying for me every hour of every day 24-hour preaching how do you escape intercession like that when people really believe what they pray and within about three weeks the gear started turning and I got out of the blue a letter from an old friend of mine telling me that he had walked into church and heard an audible voice that said Jesus is the only way and the spirit of God fell on him and he was born again which I was in intrigued about because having been raised Catholic I'd never heard of that and so I started pondering what he said about Jesus coming into his heart and the spiritual rebirth taking place so I prayed so their prayers linked up with my prayers now and if any two agree is touching any one thing it shall be done right and they prayed that God would either get religious deception out of me or get me out of Tampa one or the other gosh and so anyway I prayed all day long from 3:30 in the morning till 5:30 at night that if Jesus was the savior of the world he would show me and give me a supernatural sign that afternoon as I was hitchhiking to the University of South Florida to teach a yoga class one of the members of their prayer group was walking in a laundermat and God told him get back in your van start driving and not knowing what he was supposed to do he just started driving and praying Lord what do you want me to do where do you want me to go and he turned whenever he felt and impulse saw me hit shocking pulled over I opened the door and I was still praying Jesus if you're the savior of the world if you're the only way to heaven give me a sign I open the door and there's a picture of Jesus on the ceiling of his van my heart jumped I knew this is it this is my son and it was all a product of prayerfulness wow I think we endure troubles we endure chaos in our lives without committing it to God in prayer and we forget that he's the supernatural God that moves in Supernatural ways yes and that's why I named the book powerful prayers for supernal results don't limit him yes to the Natural that's right because he is not bound by the natural who was it Jeremiah that said Lord you are the God of All Flesh yes is there anything too hard for me God said nothing too difficult for him but you know I think that that I'm so encouraged I think we have a tendency sometimes to forget how powerful prayer is and you just reminded us you you know and I I want to encourage the Watchmen and the intercessors and those that maybe you're not seeing the fruit of your labor someone prayed for him every hour around the clock someone said not on my watch I prayed that conviction Rises up in you there are the my trees out there there are Taylor Swifts out there there are people that are deceived and leading so many others astray and we need to pray for them not condemn them but pray for them and Mike that's what happened to you that what wow I love Wows okay and so then and thank you for bringing us up one and what prompted you where you said okay I got to write this now well that book came right after the book you mentioned 65 promises from God for your child yes and at the end of each chapter where I give one of the promises God's given concerning our children I had a prayer Proclamation yeah where you could Proclaim like for instance God said in Proverbs 12 the seed of the righteous shall be delivered yes so instead of telling God how bound your child is remind God that he said your seed would be delivered that's right and and that got in my spirit that people needed to know how to pray with faith and pray with confidence and also that was about the time the prayer of jabz came out which you mentioned a while ago and I was captivated by it too 1 Chronicles 4:10 where he prayed this little simple prayer that probably didn't take over 15 seconds right you know uh he just said that you would bless me indeed that you would enlarge my territory that your hand would be with me that you would keep me from Evil that I should not cause pain and I think that's one of the reasons God responded to him yes because he didn't say so that I can be wealthy so that I can have great success in life he said just make sure you keep me from evil in the process of enlarging me because I don't want to cause anyone else pain that's right didn't talk about his own pain and I think that's uh a very important part of it but anyway that author just took the World by storm the prayer of J yes millions of people got into that and were encouraged to pray and I kept waiting you know like a dog waiting to be fed the next meal lap ready to lap up the water and and I was waiting for the next sequel because I knew there's other prayers yes in the Bible that brought much greater results than jz's prayer right and so it didn't come I I don't know if he dropped the ball or just didn't realize the power of what God had given him or maybe he didn't feel led to go any further but I went to Steve string head of Charisma house and I said said why don't we do something along those lines but expand it yeah and take the 10 most powerful prayers in the Bible and break them down Point by point and then give real life examples when that kind of prayer happened in our day and age or when it was answered in our day and age and they were all for it they thought it was a great idea so I picked out 10 of the most powerful prayers in the Bible like the prayer of Hannah the prayer of Solomon two prayers of Solomon the prayer of Moses the prayer of Hezekiah the prayer of Jehosaphat and quite a few others and then the last chapter is seven prayers that shook the world yes I love that epilogue that is a good epilogue I mean the entire Globe was impacted by those prayers and so uh let me mention one of them and we don't really associate what happened on the cross yeah and the resurrection with the prayer that preceded it yeah but as Jesus came into Jerusalem the crowd shouted in Hebrew it was hos yeah and that's kind of worked its way into our modern day word hosana but hosana actually is not a shout of Praise we use it as a shout of Praise but it's a plea it means Lord save me I beseech you I plead with you save me and I asked a Jewish friend of mine one time Messianic Jew I said how come we use hosana as a shout word as a shout of praise and adoration but it's a request he said oh you do not understand the intricacies of the Hebrew language and I said yes my friend that is why I am asking you and he said well it is a prayer it's a request but it's a request in full expectation of performance wow and then he used Kind of a Funny example he said it's like a wife asking her husband you will take out the garbage won't you yes fully expecting that it will it shall be done and and so here you have this crowd of people shouting in Hebrew Lord save us we beseech you that was the prayerful Paving of the road that first led to the cleansing of the temple first he saved them from the religious Hypocrites that had ens snared them and manipulated and control them and he overturned the money changers tables and said my father's house is House of Prayer that was all a response to prayer yeah he cleansed the temple but then he went to the cross and saved the whole human race he did because he became the atonement the sacrifice more than an atonement because atonement means a covering for sin yes he became sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in him and then descended into the lower parts of the earth save those that were in Abraham's bosom then ascended to the highest Heaven rose again and sent forth the power of the holy spirit all because a group of people shouted hosana in the highest yes because when you tag in the highest on that it means Save Me Lord to the highest degree possible for God to save a human being wow wow that man that shifts that shifts so much yeah they expected that it would be done yeah our expectation we we have to bring expectation to our prayer life but you know what Jen I believe they probably expected him to save them from poverty yes to save them from Roman control and he went far beyond their expectation because Ephesians 3221 he's able to do exceedingly abundantly above anything we ask or think wow but he's got to hear us pray he does we you know you can't if prayer is communication it's intimacy it's it it it is the game Cher it is the the the we we we don't even get saved until we pray we confess with our mouth and believe in our heart that's prayer the thief on the cross remember me a two-word prayer wow just changed his Destiny communication we live in a voice activated Kingdom you know God spoke and it became he spoke we speaking is is so important which is why the enemy works over time to shut our voices down to silence us to subdue us to to get us not to pray and unfortunately religion yes offers a powerless way of praying that's right mechanical and and monotone and repetitious and like like when I was raised Catholic and there's a lot of beautiful Catholic people that love God and pray with passion my grandmother was one yeah but uh often as a Catholic I would just repeat the same prayer over and over again and no one ever brought to my attention that in The Sermon on the Mount Jesus said not to pray that way yeah he said do not use vain repetition like the Heathen do because God wants prayer to be conversational like you brought out he wants it to be a flow of inspired uh worship toward him and something that's not planned not really predictable but spontaneous yes and not scripted no you know that's that's a good word not scripted not scripted okay let me tell you let me just read this because I you know I love this and this is this isn't even o this is not even you starting to write and share with us and invite us into this journey but you AR author unknown I would rather teach one man to pray than 10 men to preach wow wow prayer it's the game changer that's the opening door to the book it is right there what so we just put our hand on the door knob and it's already just powerful can I pull out one of my favorites do please which one king Aces I knew you were GNA say that I knew it I knew it I love King A's prayer and I probably can tell it by heart but just to make absolutely sure I I want to get to that page uh okay here we are and you had a pretty dramatic thing happened very dramatic because the Ethiopian Army was coming with 300 chariots and a million man army and King ASA only had about half as many I think he had something like uh 300,000 men with swords and 280,000 men with bows and arrows so it was about two to one yeah and he didn't have any chariots so the odds are in the favor of the Ethiopian Army but listen to this prayer and it couldn't have taken over 20 seconds to pray yeah but I love the way he starts out he says Lord it is nothing for you to help wow you're talking about bragging on God you're the creator of the universe he said it is nothing for you to help whether with many or with those who have no power right and I love this next line he said help us oh Lord Our God for we rest on you now if I had a million man army marching the direction of my home City I think I would have a little difficulty resting in God that's right to overcome the anxiety the fear of death the fear of the confrontation about to take place the responsibility he had for the people but he said help us oh Lord Our God for we rest on you and the Bible said we which believe do enter into rest and in your name we go against this multitude which is a very important thing we're not going in our own power because to go in the name of the Lord is to go by his authority as his representatives and to advance his kingdom and and so they he said we go in your name against the multitude you are our God and I love this he saido not let man Prevail against you that's so he throws the responsibility on God so good he says don't let men Prevail against you he didn't say don't let them Prevail against us yeah so he's saying own this situation God own it delivered into your hands and I'm going to rest because I can't win by myself and wow how powerful it was they defeated the enemy yeah and I've seen that happen when I felt powerless when I felt inadequate when I felt the impossibility of the situation God bypassed me because I recognized his omnipotence yes it is nothing for you to help and I the example I give in the book is the time I got hit by lightning pretty tramatic the pulpit yeah very Prett tramatic it wasn't U uh well it was about 30 miles east of Charlotte wasn't too far from Charlotte North Carolina I was having a tent meeting Hurricane Hugo came up the coast spawning a bunch of storms there was 50 60 M an hour wind people told me to drop the tent but I didn't feel led to I said we're going to have church no matter how bad the weather gets and I had about 50 DieHard Pentecostals and said we're going to seek God we're love those P we going to refuse used to be intimidated by Mother Nature and it was kind of humorous that night cuz the tent has quarter poles yeah and when the tent would balloon up the quarter Pooles would swing so people were dodging the quarter Poes while they were trying to listen to me and then all of a sudden Jan bam lightning hits the center pole travels down the pole I happen to be standing next to that pole with a microphone in my hand that's tied in by a cord to the uh PA system and of course it was attract to that metal and to that power the lightning hit my hand went through my body and out my feet to this day if I preach in that area I have people say I was there the night you lit up in the pulpit and they think it's funny but it was not so funny when it happened but then I'm standing there stunned and then my thoughts begin to come back to me and I realize I'm a preacher I'm in the middle of a sermon and so I I pick back up where I left off which was kind of miraculous yeah and uh I because I I've had people tell me you should have died that night you really should have died and I believe I should have by all logic but anyway this woman ran up to me she was about a 23y old 22 year old young woman with severe scoliosis her blouse you could see the Bulge in the back where her spine was curved and she had uh an elevator shoe on yeah with about an inch and a half extra Soul so it wasn't one of those situation where you pull a foot to make it look like somebody's got one leg shorter than the other it was definitely a condition in her life and she hobbled and ran up and she said oh preacher if you can endure a lightning blast you can pray the prayer of faith for me you know what I felt like saying honey I am the one who stands in need of prayer yes I know pray for me yeah but I thought and I felt that kind of King ASA feeling I have no might to do that I'm barely surviving mentally right now I feel fried but I thought if her faith is high I will agree with her but I didn't feel like praying a prayer of faith I didn't feel like U being participating in a prayer for a miraculous happening but I reached out to pray for her the power of God hit her she shook from one end of the tent to the other Hallelujah when she came out from under the anointing every vertebrae in her back was straight her leg had grown out praise Lord to walk to her car that night she had to take her shoes off cuz that one shoe was tipping her over and getting her out of balance so and and she got in touch with me and let me know years later she's still healed praise God praise God Pastor Mike prayer prayer and you know people are hungry for the supernatural people are hungry for the maraculous and God's no respector of persons and you've unlocked something incredible in this book and I just want you to pray with people right now and just release the superal people that need Miracles out there yes they do all right let's pray I want you to lay your hand on the part of your body whether there's a problem area if that's possible if you're driving on the highway and and I encourage you to keep your hands on the steering wheel but uh anyway let's expect a creative Miracle right now father God I just decree before your throne that you are the same to thousand Generations that you are the same yesterday today and forever you haven't stopped healing and you are very mindful of those that are crying out to you right now for salvation they are crying out to you right now for a healing in their bodies they're crying out to you for a miracle in their families and I just decree hosana in the highest save us Lord to the highest degree possible for God to save us Body Soul and Spirit deliver those who are crying out to you to be forgiven of their sins Lord deliver those who have cancer and growth in their body and who have been diagnosed with lupus or some other kind of dreaded disease I claim healing purging through your body right now it is nothing for God to help King Asus said it is nothing for you to help why don't you just shout out where you're at lord it's nothing for you to remove this disease from my body I claim it I confess bless it I receive it by the power of the blood that was shed for me on the cross by the power of the empty tomb by the power of the name that's above every name the name of Yeshua hamashiach in Jesus name we count it done amen and amen be healed right now for the glory of God hallelujah hallu hallelujah Bara listen I hope
