When Rafael Nadal Played His Last-Ever Nitto ATP Finals Match vs Casper Ruud ❤️

oh yeah it's good looking to dominate early doors nice start it's like there's a an adult flavor running through this green group because oh what a finish a nice cat and mouse oh what an angle likes that one well in some ways it's an exhibition match and this is exhibition tennis lovely feel on the ball there from Kasper Ruden great to see Nadal applauding oh has he made that there's no call and no challenge Colin Fleming in his prime would have been proud of that one the first of his three chances pounces at exactly the right moment he's on top oh he's done it again he saw a stunner from Nadal earlier in the week that was the same against Angeli Assim so we have a look back here look at the snap on the racket there it's a special shot not many players can hit that one back to the court incredible control the racket with the wrist the racket head pointing down and then just snapping up to get the racket head speed that's an impressive speed clean set of wheels from Kasper Rude did well to get up to that oh because you know that is relevant isn't it the last this year so big big jump and firing again he's really starting to feel it and that's what he's here for brilliantly worked saw the gap shot well today yeah it's Rafferty's best a couple of wonderful forehands corner to corner what a volley so long ago mark what you could do about the quality of the pass a nice pass here Rude just sawed off finish threading the needle high up the racket Raffer holds the grip when he's at the net gives him that extra bit of racket head control of course he sacrificed a little bit of reach just enough on the volley he's going into a match talked about him you know you and something he mentioned he's got to be careful hasn't he because it's a massive massive final he makes of power he'll be pleased to that showed some really nice touches today Kasper Rude speaking of Rude being fresh for Saturday we know that as group winner he'll play second place let's have three wins over top five players with the pressure nicely it's done well there it was really awkward where that ball landed so tough to deal with in the perfect place for Rude just getting ready to praise the quality of this little dink from Rude getting it down low and that's just a nonchalant little flick around the ball as hard a shot as it gets and he's timed it to perfection what a start combination once more and then the clarity of thought oh it's just missed what a shame because it was shaping up to be one of the points of the match ends his stay in Turin with a win and finishes with a flourish what a backhand to seal the deal against his good friends and sometimes training partner Kasper Rude. Rude still wins the group but it's lovely to see Rafa end his stay in Italy with a big smile on his face credit to him for sticking around and once more giving us the ultimately professional performance an hour and 42 five and five
