Yeah, nice day. It's a beautiful day. That's my whitewater paddle. I like that. Pike Kelly made that. I like that.
Elegash. I don't think I have enough cash to pay for it. Pick up truck. Pick up truck.
Hold on Gracie.
I will say you're about six inches shorter than me. You probably got more of the weight.
GoPro is recording. GoPro stop recording.
Got a strainer up here. Let me stand on it and help you. We'll do the same thing with your boat.
Got it. Nice. How you looking Cory? Yeah, I'm good. Send it. Okay. I got your painter. Okay.
Got it. Ready? Yep. Nice little trout. He's close to six, so I'm gonna put him back because I don't
know if he's over or under. What do you think? I have a tape, but if you can put him back for me.
Thanks. Yeah, that's pretty close to six. I'd rather not chance it. Yeah. I like the looks of
this buddy. I think we've got some good sailing.
Quite a ways without a... Yeah. Skinny fries. Cooked fast.
Just kidding.
We'll be there by the fire.
Sit and talk with Hollywood. And the good things there for hire. Like the Astrid Dome.
Jake, dude, are you impressed right now? I'm impressed. Lisa's missing out on this right now.
Big time. Isn't she? She is. When we get to the ball, we're gonna be okay.
At night, we'll be putting... I'll read him some books. I'll get him in his crib and he's sitting
there and I'll say, you want to say prayers? And he'll come over and he lays his head. I lean over
his head. He lays his head right here and we just hug. Dude. And we say prayers. That's good stuff,
man. And I say, you know, thank you for mama and thank you for, you know, thank you for the dogs
and whatever. And then he'll say it. He'll say it. He'll be like, mama and dada and grammy and
papa. And then after that, I'm like, and then I say, amen. And he goes, amen. And he just falls
in a pile in his bed. And I say, okay, buddy. And I tried to say to him every night, I say,
I say, I'm very proud of you. And I'm proud of you. And you make me, you know,
you're a good boy and you make me proud. And then I say, good night.
Dude, I just wanted to share that with you every night. That's,
that's the kind of stuff, man. Like that's a big deal. It is.
Yeah. So let's try it right now. I'll, I'll rudder for the meantime.
And we might have to adjust it here and there.
Oh, you know what? We need a string on there to hold it back,
pull back from the top. Okay. See, I never did that. You just told him like this. Yeah. Wouldn't
it be easier? Actually, if we could just grab the ends that we had there, then we'd be able to hold
I need to hold, you know what I mean? And then give me that orange one and then you can rudder.
I don't understand why you need to hold them. Cause it won't stay up. Oh, it just wants to
go down. Okay. We are definitely going the way we need to go. And we might need to attach a piece
onto that. Okay. We're going to, here you go and do a quick, a square knot on that.
That'd be perfect. You just need a rudder, man.
We hit it to the wood.
All right. 1241. We're going for, we're going for time.
When are you getting it on?
I'd like to get a shot clamped to my box or something, looking back at us. That'd be cool.
You can see the mountains.
It's snowmobilers. Yeah. The worst. Yeah. And then, you know, if you ever start a fire and
you're just smoldering, you'll have to smell all this garbage. None in particular. Heavenly Father,
thank you for this day. Thank you that we get to be on Cross Lake this evening. Thank you for this
wonderful food and the wonderful day we had and a nice tailwind across Bow Lake. Lord,
please bless this food to our body. Help us to have a good night tonight. In Jesus' name we pray.
I think the moment's already passed. I know this is going to be good.
That tastes like 5,000 calories on one plate. That's the idea.
Yeah. Yeah. It's right here.
Oh.
It's hard to get a purchase on it. It's pretty slippery.
Oh, shit. You might have to use your bare hands. Yeah, I don't think so.
Oh, she's moving. The hide's slipping on it, Cory. Oh, do you see the gas come out of it?
I think it's going to be ripe, man. All right, here we go.
Yep. I think once you get it going, it's going to go. Oh, yeah. I think the head's caught.
There it is. It's going to run the falls, finally. Oh, yeah. It always wanted to.
It was going for it. It's dying wish. It wanted to go over the falls.
That is. I am not getting any water tomorrow.
It needed to go over the falls. Here it goes.
Come on, Gracie.
