Hey guys, Joy here and Vivi aka Vienna. I'm a holistic nutritionist and I love creating recipes
for you guys so I wanted to show you how to make this raspberry cheesecake smoothie. I love making
this smoothie either for dessert or when I want like a quick pick-me-up in the afternoon or when
you know I need to get get something fast and easy and healthy into Vienna's belly.
So all the ingredients are here and I'm going to show you how to make it.
Okay so we have our high power blender and what gives it the cheesy flavor are the cashews.
So we're going to use a quarter cup of cashews. Do you want to put those in Vienna? And just a
little tip when you buy cashews they are cheaper when you buy them in pieces as opposed to whole
cashews. Now we have our frozen raspberries. You could use fresh as well if you want but frozen
organic raspberries are definitely cheaper right now. Now this makes one serving so if you want
to make this for more people then obviously you can just simply double all of the ingredients.
Next we're going to add Genuine Health fermented and organic vegan protein powder. This is my
favorite protein powder to use. It is seven different plant-based proteins and the best
part of it is written on the lid. It does not make you bloated, right? Nobody likes being bloated.
Do you like being bloated? No way, Jose. Okay so we're gonna put we're gonna put one scoop in.
Here can you put the scoop in? So we're using the vanilla one. Oops! If you're using just the
unflavored Genuine Health protein powder then I would suggest adding a little bit of vanilla.
Does this smell good, eh? Yeah it smells good. Smells like vanilla ice cream. Totally. Actually
it tastes really good just mixing the protein powder with some oat milk. Next for some more
creaminess we're going to add a little bit of yogurt. I'm using sheep's milk yogurt but you
could also use coconut yogurt if you want to make this recipe totally vegan, totally plant-based,
that's fine. So we're just going to put in two big schlops for our smoothie and then next we
are going to add some oat milk. We have coconut flakes. The shredded coconut is just to sprinkle
it on afterwards. So now I don't like to give exact instructions of how much liquid to put in
smoothies because I really think it's up to you like how creamy or how liquidy do you want your
smoothie. So I'm just going to put a little bit in and then I'm going to blitz it and see if I like
it and if not I can add a little bit more liquid if I want. Okay so let's take a look. Yeah that
looks like a really nice consistency. I always like to taste test my smoothies.
Oh I love the tartness of the raspberries.
So creamy and delicious. I know you can have some. So like I said this makes about one serving size
but you can obviously double the recipe. No problem. Hey do you want to try? Let everyone
know what you think. How did we do? It's good eh? You gotta share that with me okay. Let me have
some too. That is delicious. Okay we almost forgot. We want to sprinkle a little bit of
shredded coconut on top. You want to help me? Yummy. So there you have it. That's our raspberry
cheesecake smoothie. You can find the recipe in the caption below. We hope you love it. If
you have any questions or comments just post below and have a joyous day. Bye!
