Welcome back to another video. Today, we are going to cover some of the world's largest
truck transports. Watch till the end and see this 743 tons transport. Remember,
if you like the video, please leave a comment and give us a like below.
First, we have three Kenworth T800 moving a 300 tons Caterpillar 797F dump truck.
In the midst of the no man's land of Fort McKay in the province of Alberta,
the multinational company Mamoway has built up a business for special transports.
The 797B is the biggest dump truck Caterpillar has ever built and was introduced back in 2002.
The record-breaking size of its wheels is matched only by the price, which is 6 to 8 million
dollars. With the truck's 300 tons distributed over only four wheels, the road would not be
able to withstand the weight. The pressure on the four small patches of ground would immediately
burst the asphalt. The 797 has to be transported on a special trailer. Although the mine is only
seven kilometers away, it requires three trucks to do the job. A Volvo FM transporting three 60-ton
luxury yachts. Lourdes Wrecked Yachting is a Dutch company with almost 40 years of experience as a
yacht broker. In this clip, they are loading three yachts, Pershing 8X, 66 Rebel, and the MCY70,
which all have an estimated value of around three million dollars each. The yachts have
two times 1,550 to 2,200 horsepower engines and weigh around 57 to 64 tons. That is a transport
you don't see every day. In this next clip, two MAN 8x4 are moving an 800 tons Liebherr crane.
The Danish transport company Torben Roffen is moving a Liebherr crane for the company BMS
from a windmill test center in Osterild. In order to move the big crane, a trailer with as many as
192 wheels is used. The crane weighs 600 tons and is being moved 50 meters. The total weight of the
transport is 800 tons and therefore two trucks are needed. Both are two strongmans. Two Kenworth
trucks are transporting a 317 tons rotor from a generator. The rotor from a generator at Callaway
Nuclear Plant was sent out for refurbishment. The total weight of the vehicle was in excess
of 700,000 pounds or 317 tons. One truck pulling and one truck pushing, with 108 tires on the
ground. When it came to turn north on Highway 19 and Montgomery County, they showed the ability
to steer by turning every axle of the trailer to make the corner. The transportation was so special
and extensive that it required police escorts. Several roads needed to be closed so that ordinary
traffic did not get in the way. In this last clip, an incredible six Western Star 4900 transported a
743 tons petrochemical splitter. This massive petrochemical splitter weighs an insane 743 tons
or 1,647,000 pounds. The transport requires as many as six Western Star 4900 trucks to be
transported and is one of the world's most requiring transports. The amount of weight on
the road is huge and requires trailers with really many wheels so that the pressure is distributed
out on the many wheels. The splitter is being transported from Edmonton in Canada to Heartland
Petrochemical Complex, which was being built outside Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta back in 2019.
Mammalay provides solutions to any heavy lifting or transport challenges all over the world,
which you must agree they prove in this clip. Thanks for watching and remember to subscribe
