I'm at an Azorean tea plantation.
They're growing green and black tea, which is very light.
This is the first stop of my tour.
It was raining pretty heavily now and then suddenly it cleared up and you can see the sea.
Releasing the end of the tea sack.
The tea plant, compared to the rollers, is brand new.
It still has worn teeth.
Made in England!
Having a little stop at the botanical garden Terra Nostra in Fornas.
Just casually walking around and meeting the fish.
You can go swimming in the volcanic geothermal pools if you want.
This is one of the hot streams.
As you can see the weather hasn't turned any better.
Actually worse.
Didn't have any views of the crater again.
I think it's going to stay this for the next couple of days.
You can get really lost here.
I haven't seen any humans. Where are they?
In Portugal we like chestnuts for St. Martin's Day, the 11th of November.
In the mainland people eat them roasted.
In the Azores it's usually boiled.
So they do them there as well.
The sun finally came out in Punta Delgada.
Today I'm going on a whale watching cruise.
It takes 3 hours.
I hope I can see some dolphins and whales.
This is a species of dolphin.
We have here the common dolphins.
If you pay close attention you will see they are very colorful.
They are actually the most colorful species of dolphins we have.
They have a yellow patch on each side.
They have a darker back.
They have some lighter gray on their tail.
And they also have a white belly.
They are very beautiful dolphins.
Very calm to our eyes.
If you want on the left see better.
These dolphins have the name of common dolphins.
They are the most abundant species of dolphins we have on the ocean.
So this is the lake behind me.
I would really like to go hiking.
But I don't have the chance today.
