MATCH HIGHLIGHTS | Christine Sinclair with brace as Thorns FC defeated Angel City FC 3-0

This is a great matchup here. Sophia Smith going at Gilles, puts this in the middle, oh a great save! Haricic has come up with some massive saves in weeks prior and she comes up with another early stop here. Really good build-up by Portland but an even better save by Haricic. Let's see what Smith can do here. The inswinger, the header is on and it's in! Splendid service! An even better header and Portland takes the lead at home. Hubley with her size, with great aerial presence. Watch as she separates herself from her defender. She's not even having to face goal because she's allowed to use that space and that time. So a milestone moment there for Kelly Hubley and a great start here for Portland. And Angel City now playing from behind and we mentioned those score lines as this is given away. Sugita, Sinclair, she will miss from there. Christine Sinclair back to her goal scoring ways. Portland doubles its advantage just minutes after the first. They're running rampant at Providence Park. Great goal by Portland. It's Angel City who turns over the ball in a really tricky spot when their defense isn't set. And you see Sinclair, she comes out the bottom of your screen to the left. All she needs to do is get around Sugita who sees that Sinclair is trying to get into that wide space. She keeps it on the ground and she pushes it past Haricic. A fantastic finish by Portland to go up by two. And here's Sophia Smith. Smith weaving through and another big save from Haricic. Charley's lurking. Charley another save from Bella Bixby. I know that Simone Charley will want nothing more than a score against her former club. Cuicop rolls it in. It's Sinclair and she just missed it. Becky sends it back. Sinclair, she won't miss twice and it's a brace for Christine Sinclair. Portland in dreamland. It's 3-0 at home. The Canadian connection. Janine Becky, her first assist back in the NWS South connecting with Christine Sinclair who notches a brace. Bella Bixby will send this downfield. Three goals and three points tonight for the Portland Thorns. Christine Sinclair, her sixth regular season brace and a really really solid performance for Portland as they snap their four-game winless run.
