Hello dear friends! Let's talk about problems of Audi A1. 1.4 TFSI petrol engines have frequent
turbine problems. The problem is reflected in the lack of power, increased oil consumption,
black smoke on the exhaust gases and noise when accelerating. There are problems with floating
flywheels in diesel vehicles and manual transmissions. For the EA111 TSI and TFSI gasoline
engines 1.2 and some examples 1.4, the cramshaft is towed and fired. A creaking sound is heard when
starting the engine. In 1.6 TDI diesel engines, injectors do not work. In individual cases,
the problem occurs at less than 40,000 km. On 1.4 TFSI 136 KW gasoline engines,
owners complain of high engine oil consumption, which may be a result of worn or inappropriate
piston rings. Diesel 1.6 TDI engines have common problems with water pump leaks and EGR valve
problems. When replacing the water pump, replace the gear belt. And with EGR valves, the problem
is usually solved only by replacement. For vehicles with electro-movable sunroof,
electric motor failure may occur. If the engine makes strange noises while moving the sunroof,
it is a sign that it will soon fail. In some cases, water occurs in the red lights.
Condensation. The problem was solved by replacing the gasket. With the DQ200 series S-tronic dual
clutch series, there has been a malfunction in the computer unit and rapid clutch wear,
so pay attention to unpleasant vibrations, noise and rough gear changes, which can indicate a
problem.
