walking in through the front
door you got your living room on the
left with a nice custom couch
setup kitchen further
along ladder up to the uh bedroom Loft
that does fold up we'll show that in a
sec bathroom is through the door in the
back we've got a nice little Library
bookshelf area set up here with the TV
the overhead Shelf this does fold out
into a desk I'll show that in a sec um
fireplace here on the right this thing
runs on propane it's wonderful for the
winter keeps it nice and cozy in here
mini split air conditioning and heating
up on the top that's your electric AC
and heat uh so that's going to be uh
primarily for use in the summertime uh
but can be a good boost for heat in the
uh winter if you need to do a Power
heating um let's go up the here we'll
check out the
bedroom so up in the bedroom here you've
got a couple of bedside tables with some
uh Closet Storage uh toward the head of
the bed we've got plenty of outlets here
with both uh USB and regular 110v uh
switches or Outlets you've got the light
switch for the bed as well over here
another uh USB and 110 uh receptacle
got a cell booster as well that can be
turned on and off or could be relocated
anywhere in the house um that's the
bed got your overhead counters or
overhead uh cabinet storage
there nice storage Loft this could be
used for additional uh
sleeping could be set up as a reading
area could be storage uh plenty of
options for using that
space coming down
let's set up the camera here and I'll
show you how to take that uh how that
um desk folds out into uh or that
bookshelf folds out into a
desk come over here real quick slides
right
out clicks locks into place easy as that
and then to release that we' got two
latches over here so I find it helpful
to do that
push it down to the
middle and then just rocks right back
into place easy as
[Music]
that looking at the uh the couch
situation here this is actually
additional storage as well so if you
lift up any of the uh seats you can see
there's a ton of storage right now we've
got the ladder for the storage Loft
stored in there and that will simply
hook onto the bar there and Telescope
down so you've got a collapsible ladder
uh to access that area up there all in
all this house is completely off- grid
um we've got an 1800 W solar panel array
on the roof you've got a 4,000 watt
inverter set up uh we do have the
capability to plug into a generator
there is uh one included with this build
um just in case you run into a string of
cloudy days uh all of the off
components are controlled from the
victron unit here you can see your
battery status your P current power draw
solar charging it's a little cloudy out
right now so we're not getting too much
uh and then if you scroll to the side
you can also see your water tank
situation this house has 100 gallon
freshwater tank has 50 gallons of gray
water storage and has a custom
recirculation system so you can control
your recirculation status here and that
just makes it a little more efficient
for uh showering and washing dishes so
that you don't use up all of your water
uh in one go uh there's a series of
filters and uh UV filtration in place
the water tank is located underneath the
sink cabinet here it does take up a
decent amount of space but there is
still room on top for some small storage
uh over here this ladder does fold up
let's put this uh camer camera down and
show how that works so we can get the
camera down here the ladder is built on
a counterweight system that goes up into
the uh banisters on the top so all you
have to do
simply
[Music]
out
and that's it so that ladder will stay
like that until it's ready to come back
down it's nice and easy and then you've
got the full area outside too use got a
pocket door
here that gets into the bathroom so you
got a uh custom tile shower on the right
side got your vessel sink over there
don't mind my backpack on the toilet but
a uh water heater instant propane hot
water heater on the uh the left side
there as
[Music]
well uh you've got your sink all of
these blinds
up and down they're blackout as well so
they keep it nice and uh dark inside but
they're also very thermally efficient
got some Roman Shades that are also
black out as well and they just are
oneand uh easy rais and lower that's the
same for all of the shades here in the
house
