I always remember what Park West Ham had to play in my football upbringing. Then I went on to move and become very much a Chelsea man. Jose Mourinho came in, brought a winning mentality and we all reacted to it straight away. I've always had a fear of failure, which drives me to carry on playing as long as I have done. We ended up winning the final in Munich. It was the most special day of my footballing life by a long way. It's just emotional when fans are running on the pitch and celebrating. It was like they all felt the record for me and that's what Chelsea is, it's a very together club. I was so fortunate to have had 13 years there. The only upset is I didn't get the chance to say goodbye at home. Is anyone going to think I feel any less about Chelsea? I should hope the fans won't think I feel any less about them. I'm very proud I've been able to be part of this unbelievable league for such a long time.
