So Adam, how do we go about scoring in rugby?
Okay, so for rugby, for you to score a try, you're going to have to place the ball past
the opposition's try line.
So let's demonstrate, so you get past the try line, so you can score anywhere along
the zone, as long as you just ground it with your hands, so you can't drop it in, you have
to ground it with your hands, like that, with the ball.
So a try is actually worth 5 points, so after you score a try, you actually have the option
to kick.
So for rugby 7s, we'll do a drop kick to get a conversion, which is 2 points.
You're going to have to do a drop kick, and you're going to have to drop the ball, and
as soon as it lands, follow through, kick it, and have it to be between the post, just
get those 2 points.
Above the bar.
Above the bar, and between the post.
So let me do a demonstration.
So there you have it, to score in rugby, you either have to score a try, or basically
convert a kick.
