VLOG #48: Chuyến bay bị overbook và cách xử lý của Delta Airlines | Yêu Máy Bay

Welcome back with our next vlog of EMO Bay and Travis is in New York and just flying with Delta Air Lines from Denver. And I'm sure you remember the case of Dr. Travis Dao being called to United Airlines' flight deck. For a flight that's overbooked, that means it's too late. And this time Travis' flight was also overbooked and what happened to Travis as well as the other passengers. And you can follow my vlog. Travis's journey started with online check-in. And when you check in online, Delta will make an offer right on the website. Are you ready to change flights? And if you agree to change, you will receive vouchers for 100, 200, 300 and 500 dollars as compensation. And of course I did not agree to this condition because I did not want to change the schedule. And the Delta Air Lines voucher won't be usable for a while. And then I refused again. But before the airport, Delta Air Lines called me directly. And once again make that offer. And once again I have refused this offer and continue to go to the airport to carry out my flight. The flight was delayed by about 40 minutes. And while waiting for the plane, the airline continued to call out the messages to passengers waiting at the gate. We need 27 volunteers to leave the bay to make another flight. And of course these passengers will be compensated with airline vouchers. And after a while of calling, a lot of passengers have automatically come to contact to leave their flight to be compensated. And finally the flight was able to fly when it was delayed a few minutes more to deal with these passengers. And this vlog is over and I hope you've learned more interesting things about the overbooked flight in the US. And don't forget to subscribe to eBay's channel as well as eBay's fan page today. And now you're saying goodbye.
