Andrew Clay here with andrewclay.com and in this video I am showing you how to connect
movements 1 through 7 in the Tai Chi 10 form.
If you don't already know these movements, please go check out the videos where I teach
each movement in detail so you know exactly what you should be doing with each movement.
Those videos are available for free on my YouTube channel.
After you've learned the individual movements, come back to this video to find out how to
connect the movements together.
As always with these videos, the first time I go through these movements, I'm going to
demonstrate facing me.
That's your opportunity to review what the movements are and how they're supposed to
be done.
The second time I go through these movements, I'm going to demonstrate them facing away
and that's your opportunity to get up and actually practice these movements with me
and learn how to connect these movements together.
If you have any questions, please put them in the comments below.
