for his successful television career in business ventures Dr Oz and his wife Lisa own an impressive collection of properties however they spend much of their time at their stunning Palm Beach Mansion a historic estate nicknamed Luana the home sits on Prime beach front property and is one of palm Beach's most iconic residences but Palm Beach is not his only playground Dr Oz's real estate portfolio piic is living Dr mhmed Oz widely known as America's doctor has built a successful career as a heart surgeon TV personality and author now he's also making headlines as president Trump's new Medicare pick while he's often in the spotlight for his medical expertise and political Ambitions behind the scenes Dr Oz enjoys acquirer home life with his wife Lisa Oz a fellow TV host author and wellness advocate in 2022 during his past Senate run Dr Oz also sparked controversy when he downplayed the extent of his real estate claiming well I legitimately own two houses but uh one of them were building on the other ones I rent however public records revealed the former TV Doctor actually owns 10 Residential Properties and as many as eight commercial ones let's get started with his most well-known home his Palm Beach mansion in 2018 Dr Meed Oz and his wife Lisa Oz purchased Luana a historic 1919 estate in Palm Beach Florida for $18 million the transaction reportedly included a $5 million mortgage signed by Dr Oz as well Luana one of the few remaining Addison misner designed homes on Palm Beach's North End sits on a 1.2 acre Oceanfront lot with 150 ft of private beach the estate boasts 12 bedrooms and nearly 12,500 ft of space as well as original misner details such as Cypress ceilings the iconic stairway and blue octagon tiles in the master bath it also includes four fireplaces a guest house a cabana a tennis court a three-car garage and extensive Gardens the estate was originally commissioned by gry mun and his wife Marie Louise Waker mun whose family founded the iconic Wan maker department store in Philadelphia the name Luana combines elements of Marie Louis's names in the decades to follow the home became the homes of their descendants as well including the seller's parents the property was listed in 2008 for $30 million and underwent price adjustments before Dr Oz bought it Luana holds significant historical value as one of palm Beach's earliest remaining residential works by Addison misner the architect who shaped the town's signature Mediterranean Revival style during the Roaring 20s though the home suffered damage in the 1928 hurricane much of misner's original design remained intact Dr Oz had been a frequent visitor to Palm Beach for years often vacationing with his wife Lisa's family who have long-standing ties to the area more recently in 2022 updates on Dr Oz's Palm Beach Mansion were revealed when he received a significant tax exemption for the historic estate while Oz faced criticism for his ties to States outside Pennsylvania during his Senate campaign this multi-million dollar Florida property reflects his long-standing connection to the Sunshine State since Dr Oz bought this property it underwent a $3.4 million renovation that included upgrades like a new kitchen Guest House Gym and Outdoor Pool and Spa his mansion now offers 10 bedrooms 15 bathrooms and 18,500 ft of living space with its current estimated value soaring to $52 million despite being first used as a rental property at 1 Point listed for 275k per month Oz has now called Palm Beach a Haven where he and his family vacationed for decades oswalt's other investments in Florida including Farmland in ok Chi County purchased for $6.5 million and stakes in four hotels however Florida is not the only spot that Dr Oz has property for over 20 years he and his family resided in their stunning six-bedroom 8B mansion in Cliffside Park New Jersey this home boasted luxurious amenities like a wine seller movie theater and basketball court and it also became a point of discussion during Oz's Senate campaign when critics noted he'd been filming campaign ads from the property in 2020 Dr Oz gave People magazine an inside look at the Home Sharing why it was perfect for their growing family at the time the couple discovered their dream plot at top the Palisades overlooking the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline in the Morning Light it's very calming Oz shared describing his early morning commutes to New York City to film his show or treat patients the property first housed an unsafe structure which didn't steer the couple away and after seeing an aerial photo of the land Oz remembers I just knew it was what we needed we bought it that day designed and constructed over 2 years under Lisa O's Vision the home reflected their style featuring 12T ceilings and Mediterranean inspired architecture the Mansion was the perfect place to raise their four children years ago Daphne Arabella Zoe and Oliver and later a welcoming space for their grandkids the main living area had transformed into a buzzing family filled Hub where bins of toys and cozy leather couches allow everyone to hang out the home also holds personal touches such as Lisa's beloved mythology books in the stady and family photos on nearly every surface in the basement Oz stays active shooting Hoops on his basketball half court and unwinds in his game room which includes pool and foosball tables these might be Dr Oz's most well-known properties but some of his other real estate includes a nearby Jersey condo in Fair View two Manhattan cond windows in the Upper East Side which are supposedly rented out and his Pennsylvania Farmstead which he bought for $3.1 million in December 2021 this 34 acre property includes an 8-bedroom manor house though minimal construction has taken place also in Florida Oz owns Emerald Oaks the cattle farm that we mentioned before which includes beautiful rural land as well as three properties in his home country of Turkey
