Jude Bellingham 🏴 | Best Midfielder
Let's move into the midfield now, if we can,
whether it's an anchor, a role who can shut down the opposition attack,
a box to box player who balances the scales or, of course, an attacker
who chips in with the all important goals and assists.
That is, midfielders are, of course, key to any team's success.
Yeah, there is no escaping the influence of the men in the middle.
And tonight we are paying tribute to the best.
This award has this year been sponsored by Jetex
and the finalists for best midfielder are Jude Bellingham,
Colpon, Hakan Çelenoglu,
Rodrigo, Toni Kroos.
And the winner is
England and Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham.
Jude Bellingham is a bona fide superstar.
His debut season at Real Madrid, Bellingham scored 23 goals in all competitions,
redefining the modern standard of an attacking midfielder.
Still only 21 years old, Bellingham has cemented himself
as a pivotal figure, both of the England national team and Los Blancos,
establishing himself as the best midfielder in the world.
Jude, come on over and sign the shirt, please.
Congratulations.
You put the trophy down here.
I understand you would like to say a few words.
We'll just spin it around.
We've got to get it right.
Perfect.
Good evening, everyone.
Obviously, thank you to Globe Soccer for inviting me to this award ceremony.
It's amazing to see so many great players, so many legends.
And it's a real privilege to win a trophy here tonight as well.
And, you know, it wouldn't be possible without my teammates, my staff
and most importantly, my family.
My mom here tonight is the biggest motivation in my life.
So thank you very much and have a good evening.
