This baked fish recipe is cooked in the oven in a lemon garlic and butter sauce. It makes a
perfectly moist and flaky fish and it's so easy to prepare. Producing a restaurant fancy
fish dinner that's ready in 20 minutes. Begin by placing the white fillets in a lined baking tray
then in a small frying pan melt the butter and add the minced garlic and add fresh thyme.
Remove from the heat and squeeze an entire lemon, this creates a delicious creamy sauce.
Then pour over the lemon garlic and butter sauce over the fish, turning it over making sure both
sides have been evenly and well coated and any remaining sauce simply pour it over the fish
fillets. Season well with some sea salt and pepper and add some slices of lemon and that's it. It
only took five minutes to prepare and now we place into a preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes.
The fish fillets come out cooked to perfection, flaky and delicious. I personally love to top it
off with some finely chopped parsley leaves and serve it immediately nice and hot though this can
be eaten at room temperature. The lemon garlic and butter sauce is silky and irresistible so make sure
that every last drop in the pan is being used. Serve this baked fish with steamed rice, a green salad,
some quinoa or even potatoes and it's as simple as that. Enjoy!
