I like it! 10 people. Ready, go! I am a person who contributes to creating new values and building a better society while being involved with people of various values. At this school, we are implementing an education that has been looked through for 12 years in conjunction with the construction of junior and high school schools for the realization of this educational goal. We hope that the learning at this school will blossom as we move towards junior high school, high school, and university, and that it will grow as a true global human resource. The curriculum for education at this school, which has the foundation of a global human resource, consists of three pillars, which include a compassionate heart, 21st century academic ability, and the power to spread to the world. First, the foundation is to have a compassionate heart and an identity as a Japanese person. A compassionate heart is a heart of compassion, which expresses the wishes of this school, which are filled with sincerity. It is a heart of gratitude, which is warm to others, and a heart of gratitude, which can say thank you honestly to the support of others. At this school, which is affiliated with Shinshu Ōtani-ha, the foundation of education is to have a compassionate heart through the time of the heart, religious activities, and the study of Shukuhaku in Honzan. In addition, we are working on traditional culture education in order to develop an identity as a Japanese person. In Reihō, we learn basic manners and manners. In Kōgaku, we learn the beauty of Japanese music. In Chado, we learn to be considerate of others and to have a compassionate heart. Through these learnings, children learn to have a heart of justice, manners, and compassion, and to value Japanese culture and tradition, and to want to learn more. The next step is to acquire rich education and knowledge, and to learn subjectively while cooperating with others. In order to acquire rich education and knowledge, it is important to have the desire to learn and the attitude to actively learn. In Honkō, we use a large electronic blackboard that is installed in all classes as a reference and a gift. By having fun lessons, we inspire children's intellectual curiosity, find problems themselves, and develop a learning attitude to solve them subjectively. In this way, children have a sense of achievement in learning, and have the imagination to apply the knowledge they have acquired. In addition, in order to learn diversity and to learn about society, it is important to actively participate in local volunteer activities, as well as to participate in many classes and events that are co-operated with private kindergartens, junior high schools, and high schools. Through these activities, children will acquire the ability to cooperate with others and the ability to contribute to society. The third step is to acquire the ability to speak and the ability to communicate, which are necessary for the future activities as a global human being. The first basic thing is to value the language, and to develop the ability to read, which is the basis of all learning, and to increase the ability to read. In our school, we make time to read every morning, and we renew the library with the habit of reading, and we are fulfilling research and reading activities. In parallel with the effort to improve the ability to speak, we aim to improve the ability to communicate in English, and we are working hard on English education. The first graders are engaged in English education, and the first and second graders study for one hour a week. The third and fourth graders study for two hours a week, and the fifth and sixth graders study for three hours a week. In addition, we set up English learning time. These activities are co-operated by elementary school teachers, native teachers, and English language teachers of parallel junior high schools and high schools. These activities have been evaluated, and they have also been adopted for foreign language education in the Department of Literature and Science. In addition, we are also working on education to develop the ability to communicate and to develop the power of words. We publish what we have studied in each course and comprehensive study in a poster format, and we find each other's strengths and improve each other while exchanging opinions and impressions. Through these activities, children can not only improve their Japanese and English literacy, but also organize their thoughts logically and convey them to others in an easy-to-understand manner. And they can understand each other's thoughts and feelings from each other's words, and they can deepen their thinking by talking to each other, and they can create new ideas. The education process of the main school, which consists of three pillars, is the 12 years of elementary school, junior high school, and high school, so that students who enter the university in the future can open their eyes. The six years of elementary school are divided into three stages, the first two years, the third four years, and the fifth and sixth years, and each of them sets the goal of learning and living. In addition, we are also aware of the admission to junior high school and prepare for it. These activities have a high educational effect and lead to a smooth transition to learning and living in junior high school. In particular, for girls, it is possible to enter the junior high school of the established junior high school, and there is also a tuition system for excellent grades. The admission record of the established junior high school is also increasing year by year, and it is admitted to many private universities, including Kyoto University and Osaka University.
