We're going to show you just how easy, fun, and fast it is to make almond milk using the NAMA M1
milk maker. It's so simple. Let's get right into it. You'll need one cup raw unsalted almonds,
three cups of filtered water, two dates with the pits removed, and some sea salt. And keep in mind,
with any nut milk like this, you can swap out the nut for whatever you prefer. Think cashews,
pistachios, walnuts. It's really that easy. To start, we'll pour the almonds into the machine.
Don't forget you can use the lid to measure the cup. So I just want about a cup of these almonds.
Perfect. Now we're going to add the dates. And to pit them, you can just open it right up,
and the pit will pop out. It's that simple. Add one more. I like to add two of them for sweetness.
You can totally leave out the dates if you don't want it to be too sweet though.
Now we're going to put three cups in, and I'm going to use the pitcher to measure it again,
because it's got those great measuring lines for us. I like three cups for the texture of almond
milk that I make. I think it's perfect. In it goes. And then I'm going to add a pinch of salt.
Don't forget you want to make sure that spout is closed. Put the craft right under. Now I'll add a
pinch of salt because salt is really the key for bringing out the flavor in every ingredient.
All ingredients are added. I'm going to secure the lid. There it goes. The spout's closed,
the pitcher's in place. I'll set the timer to one minute and press start.
Open the spout to start the spin cycle, and you can see how much more liquid the spin cycle
extracts from the ingredients. I'm going to give this a try. This milk is delicious to enjoy as is,
especially once chilled. You can also use it in coffee,
with cereal, in your smoothie, or for baking. So many different uses. In the next video,
we'll be making a creamy barista milk, perfect for all your coffee drinks.
