Behind the Send I Ep.1 I Bibliographie

Bibliography is a kingline of Seyouz with like really tiny holes and small dreams. And I need all my finger power and my finger explosivity for climbing this route. So I trained a lot on short routes and short things with finger strength before coming to Seyouz. And I was like, yeah, basically doing a lot of fingerboard and a lot of gulik during my trainings. My strategy for the trip was to keep my finger power and my global power high. I was like training during the evening before the rest day and to stay in like good explosive power because if not, Seyouz is like killing your power and you're only working with the fingers so your global body is going out.
