o #o Ep8 The UTAH BACKCOUNTRY DISCOVERY ROUTE UTBDR-aaaaaaaaaw!

So I've put my backpack on my back, strapped this here, and it looks like we're ready to go. So as far as GPS goes, we might be doing this completely wrong because we only have a phone with GPS on it, and that service might crap out once we're in the boonies. Which is exactly where you don't want your GPS to crap out. Man, having a backpack on really messes up your weight. Anyway, we need to get going because time is of the essence, and it's just too dang hot to stay still. See, and all we've been doing so far is driving around Moab, pulling over, and looking at the phone with the GPS. It's kind of the wrong tool for the job. And anyway, we got off on Mill Creek, and then this is Sand something. Sand Trail Road or something like that. But anyway, apparently we just keep taking this. And hey, there's the Slickrock Bike Trail. That's fun. Anyway, we just keep taking this and then just rock and roll, you know. That's what we think anyway. We could just be totally just driving around to get completely lost in the desert. I'm excited to get off road because oh my gosh, I hate being on road. I mean, it's fine for commuting or whatever, but seriously, why ride a motorcycle on the freeway ever if you don't absolutely have to? It's kind of like you have to ride a motorcycle. Oh, here we go, off road. You have to ride a motorcycle. You know, if you have a dual sport, you have to ride it to where you can ride. So you're riding to ride. Anyway, I can't see this area being very eventful. I'll turn it back on if we get some interesting stuff. It's a good thing it's been fairly moist lately because the roads aren't kicking up tons and tons of dust. So.
